ISABELLA

As the sunlight hit my face making me squint my eyes as I covered my head with the blanket and groaned . As soon as I got the sleep off of me yesterday's events played on my mind the way our faces were so close that I could feel his hot breaths on my face as his steel grey orbs turned darker with the desire swirling into them .

The way he looked at my lips with so much intensity and immense desire to devour them as my gaze found his lips with the need to have them over mine in an instant . Godd !! We were gonna kiss !! We would've if his phone wouldn't have interrupted .

I don't even know him and he was going to kiss me and I would've let him . This thought itself made the shiver run down my spine . I don't know how I'm gonna face that man pulling my face in a pillow I groaned .

Coming out of the shower I was met with Emilia sprawled over the bed making yelp at her sudden presence as she gave me a smile and hooked her arms mine taking me downstairs .

Upon reaching the pool I was met with all the cousins present there as Emilia introduced me .

" Hello there cupcake " Gabriel says while winking my way a blush crept over my face as I gave him a timid smile .

" She's a cute one emi " he says chuckling over to Emilia who gave him a knowing look agreeing to him .

As Gabriel me and matteo with Emilia indulge in conversation as apparently they love friends and tvd just as much as I do I mean come on who cannot like DAMON SALVATORE . Okay okay I'm a total simp .

As we spent the whole afternoon there and I couldn't help but wonder where Leonardo was I was glad though I cannot face him after what happened last night but there's a part of me wanting a glimpse of him .

Right now I'm in Emilia's room getting ready with her as I admire the red floor length ball dress falling off my body and snitching around my curves highlighting them making  with a long slit which runs till my upper thigh .

I let Emilia do my makeup as I curl my unruly hairs setting them and finishing off with strapping up my heels as I stand to look over lia dressed in a black cocktail dress complimenting her figure .

I walked on the stairs slowly not wanting to fall and plant my face on the floor as I saw two men standing at the bottom of the stairs . Gabriel dressed in a wine colour suit with a white shirt beneath which fits his athletic body no wonder he would be having six packs . Matteo dressed in a dark blue suit being slightly muscular then Gabriel with the way the fabric fits around his built up arms but not close to Leo's .

Upon hearing the clicks of our heels both of their heads whip towards us giving us a once over look not the creepy one that makes you uncomfortable .

" You both look gorgeous ladies "  they say makes us giggle as Matteo went ahead with Emilia .

" Shall we go cupcake " Gabriel said extending his hand for me to take as I hook my arms around we went enter to the now decorated mansion with tables arranged occupied with people as music plays in the background as I look around to find people dressed elegantly , everything about this place screams wealth .

We made our way towards the bar and now that I notice Emilia has gone off somewhere leaving me with Gabriel as I notice a girl coming forward and flirting with him moving her hands on him as I avert my eyes not wanting to see more of it .

" Would you mind if I go for a while . Would you be okay here !? " He says leaning over to my height . No matter how much I didn't want to be alone I couldn't force him down by my side .
