FADE IN:

INT. GRIMM STUDIES CLASSROOM - DAY

In the nightmare.

A classroom, off to the side, was a cage. Sticking out the cage, was a hilt of a sword.

The shadow shift and all the students appear inside the classroom.

ASHEN PINE appears behind a desk, holding his weapon.

HAIL SCHNEE is in their bird form, on Ashen's shoulder.

The teacher appears in-front of the board.

DREAM ORBIT, 17, Chilling and piercing. She wears a long dark green dress with a matching witch's hat. She wears gems that look like rock candy and she's the staff of creation.

DREAM ORBIT: Grimm.

A piece of chalk floats and starts copying Dream Orbit's words onto the board.

DREAM ORBIT: Attracted to negative emotions.

A growl echoes from the cage. Ashen switches his attention to the cage and the growling grimm inside.

DREAM ORBIT: One of these negative emotions is fear.

While Ashen stares at the cage, he sees on top of the hilt topped with a familiar purple gem.

ASHEN (dread): No.

DREAM ORBIT: The question for today's class: How can someone fear their own sister?

ASHEN (dread): Emi.

Dream Orbit spins the staff and points as Ashen.

DREAM ORBIT: For interrupting my lecture, you'll act as the demonstration for today's class, by killing the grimm.

Ashen jumps out of his seat.

DREAM ORBIT: If you survive, you get the staff.

INT. LIBRARY - DAY

The cathedral windows are still glistening with light.

SUMMER ROSE THE SECOND and YING BELLADONNA-XIAO LONG were sitting at the table, across from each other.

Ying cocked her head at the cathedral windows.

YING: I don't think the sun has moved in the dream. Like at all. How long do you think we have been in Selene's dream?

Summer doesn't respond. She is staring down at the lamp, lost in her own thoughts. Summer's face looks mad. Ying stands up and walks over to Summer's side of the table.

YING: What's wrong, Summer?

SUMMER (anger): Selene's mocking me, isn't she?

YING: That sounds more like something you would do.

Summer stands up in a huff.

SUMMER (anger): No. Ying. I don't have my silver eyes anymore and "the whole Professor Schnee thing". She is doing that to mock me.

YING: What's wrong with being a Schnee?

SUMMER (anger): Nothing. That's not what she means by it.

YING (confusion): What do you think she means by it?

SUMMER sits back down.

SUMMER (groans): How to explain this: You know that Selene and Summer are half-sisters, our shared bio-parent is Ruby Rose and we both have last name "Rose". When she is calling me "Schnee" is calling me not her real sister.

SUMMER (growls): Emi says the same type of crap all the time, like emphasizing how I'm only her half-sister, even though we grew up together like sisters!
