(10) It was late

It was such a long time ago that Hajae and I got to rest alone in our apartment. Since we told the boys about joining SM, they decided to leave us alone more often than they had been.

Something was off though, and by off, I mean in my guts. Not a medical problem, but I was getting a weird feeling about the guys. Just in general, not even a certain person. It freaked me out every time I got the feeling, because I couldn't stop the feeling even if I tried.

So at the point in time, I was laying in bed as normal. I was thinking over everything that happened recently including Elizabeth and Preston. I missed seeing them everyday, but she was always depressed. Every time she came into the store, she bought more cigarettes and unhealthy food.

I changed the subject to the good things in life. I was already so close to the Exo boys in the span of 2 days, not even. Well, not all of them. There was a list of boys that I didn't know as much, including Kris, D.O, Sehun, Chanyeol and Baekhyun. It made me laugh, remembering D.O was one of my favorites when we watched their music video, and I didn't even talk to him.

I was awake, staring at my ceiling, waiting for an appropriate time to get up. That time wasn't coming. Everytime I talked myself into getting up, I changed my mind. It was kind of funny though, at the same time. I have no idea why.

Then all of a sudden, my door opened. Hajae ran in and jumped on me. "Wake up, Rapper!"

I sat up, shoving her off of me. "Why'd you call me that?"

I was surprised that she didn't refer to me as Babe. Then again, she was told to stop.

"Look behind me." She whispered. I looked passed her to Xiumin and laughed.

"A family of tools. I always knew it." I muttered, rolling off the bed, literally.

"Shush, I wanted to take you guys out for dinner later." He told us, exiting immediately after.

Like I said, he was different. Really different, and I wasn't digging it.

I waited until Hajae left as well, and then got off the floor. I immediately turned on my music, also known as Vixx mainly, and started jamming, dancing horribly around my room while searching for something to wear later.

Wait, when were we leaving? Who was going? Thanks for the details, Xiumin. Note the sarcasm.

I gave up with looking through my dresses and started daydreaming about Hajae and I's future in music. The way Mr. Park acted with us, I had a feeling we'd get through training fast and be in a group with people who trained much longer. Mr. Park was like a father to me already, and I just met him yesterday.

What group would we be in? Who would be leader? Would it be either of us? And what kind of music would it be? Dark, happy, unique, or different for every song? Also, would there be another rapper? On top of that, would the fans like me if we became famous?

It was then that my phone dinged, signalling a message. I threw my body to my phone in excitement. For what reason I was excited, I didn't know.

*FROM TAO: Hey, are you excited for our date later?

I grunted, realizing what was going on.

*TO TAO: You set this up? Who's going then?

His response was immediate as expected.

*FROM TAO: You and Hajae, and Exo-M only. Exo-K is going to a signing. We have ours tomorrow.

Made sense, I guess.
