The crisp morning air in Kansas City held a hint of winter, and as Travis and Taylor arrived at the Kelce family home, a familiar warmth filled Taylor. She glanced at Travis, catching him looking at her with that soft, adoring smile she'd come to cherish.

"You ready?" he asked, giving her hand a reassuring squeeze.

Taylor chuckled. "Isn't that my line?"

He smirked, leaning down to plant a quick kiss on her forehead. "They're gonna be all over you, babe."

As if on cue, the front door swung open, and Donna's excited voice called out, "There they are!" Donna, ever the exuberant host and doting mother, practically skipped down the porch steps, her arms wide open. Taylor found herself in a warm, familiar embrace, and as she hugged Donna back, she saw Jason and his family waving from the porch.

"Uncle Trav! Auntie Tay!" Ellie squealed, breaking away from her dad's grip and rushing toward them, her little arms reaching out for a hug.

"Ellie!" Taylor laughed, bending down to wrap the little girl in her arms. Soon enough, all three of Jason's daughters had her surrounded, giggling and talking over each other to get her attention.

"Alright, alright, don't hog Auntie Tay now!" Travis joked, scooping Ellie up with one arm and lifting her onto his shoulder. She squealed with delight, grabbing onto his hair for balance.

Jason, carrying his youngest in his arms, walked over with a grin. "Nice to see you haven't scared her off yet, Trav."

Taylor laughed, slipping an arm around Travis's waist. "Oh, I think I'm here to stay."

The whole family erupted into cheers and playful whistles, prompting Travis to pull her closer, giving her a proud, slightly smug smile. "Told you they'd love you."

Inside, the house was filled with the mouthwatering smells of a home-cooked meal, and Donna was already bringing out a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls. She handed one to each of the kids before winking at Taylor and Travis. "Got some special ones just for you two later," she whispered conspiratorially, making Taylor smile.

After a few hours of catching up, playing with the kids, and watching Travis and Jason playfully spar over an impromptu board game, it was time for dinner. Jason's kids sat near the adults, but their eyes kept wandering over to Taylor and Travis, exchanging mischievous glances.

"Uncle Trav, why are you always holding Auntie Tay's hand?" Ellie asked, her voice innocent but full of curiosity.

Travis chuckled, glancing down at Taylor with a warm smile. "Because she's my favorite person. And, if I don't hold her hand, she might float away. That'd be pretty sad, don't you think?"

The kids burst into giggles, clearly delighted by his answer. Taylor's cheeks turned a soft shade of pink, and she squeezed his hand, leaning into him.

"You're so cheesy," she whispered, nudging him playfully.

"You love it," he whispered back, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek, which didn't go unnoticed by the kids, who promptly erupted into exaggerated "ewww" sounds and laughter. Jason just shook his head, chuckling as he leaned back, watching his brother's happiness with a grin.

As the night went on, they all piled into the cozy living room for a movie. Travis settled onto the main couch, pulling Taylor down beside him. She leaned into him, feeling his arm wrap around her shoulders, her head resting on his chest. The warmth of the room, the familiar sounds of family around them, and Travis's steady heartbeat lulled her into a sleepy haze.

"You comfortable there?" he murmured, his voice low, leaning down to press a soft kiss to her hair.

"Mmm, perfect," she whispered, her fingers tracing gentle circles on his knee as she closed her eyes.

Not long into the movie, she drifted off, her hand still resting on Travis's leg. Noticing her slow, steady breathing, Travis glanced down at her, a gentle smile touching his lips. He brushed a strand of hair from her face and held her a little closer, clearly savoring this quiet moment.

Jason leaned over, smirking. "She's out, huh?"

Travis nodded, keeping his voice low. "Yeah, she had a long week." He glanced down at her, his expression tender, his thumb absentmindedly tracing small circles on her shoulder.

"She's good for you, man," Jason said softly, giving his brother a warm, approving look.

"Yeah," Travis replied, a touch of emotion in his voice. "She's... everything."

After the movie ended, the kids were tucked into their makeshift beds, and Jason and Kylie retreated with their little ones down the hall. Donna pulled Travis aside with a smile. "She's asleep now, huh? You take good care of her, you hear me?"

Travis chuckled, hugging his mom. "Always, Mom."

As the house grew quiet, Travis carried Taylor to the guest room, laying her gently on the bed. She stirred, her eyes fluttering open, a sleepy smile spreading across her face as she looked up at him.

"Hey," she murmured, reaching up to touch his cheek. "Was I that tired?"

"Completely out," he teased, brushing a soft kiss across her forehead. "But you're cute when you sleep."

She sat up slowly, wrapping her arms around his neck. "It was a perfect day," she whispered, leaning in to kiss him softly. Their lips met, slow and unhurried, and he held her, savoring the warmth between them.

"Stay with me," she murmured against his lips, tugging him closer.

Travis smiled, his voice a low rumble. "Wouldn't be anywhere else." He scooped her up, kissing her once more before guiding her toward the adjoining bathroom.

He turned on the shower, letting steam fill the room as they stood in the soft, ambient light. She looked up at him, her eyes bright with affection. "You make me feel like I'm home, Trav."

His gaze softened, and he cupped her face, his thumbs brushing across her cheeks. "You are home," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion as he kissed her again.

They stepped into the shower together, the water warm and comforting as they held each other close. Their laughter echoed softly in the small space as they shared gentle kisses, each touch filled with the quiet intensity of their love. The warmth of the water cascaded around them as they lingered together, lost in their private world, completely at peace.

When they finally emerged, Travis wrapped her in a towel, his hands lingering on her waist. "I don't think I'll ever get enough of you," he murmured, his voice tender.

She smiled, touching his cheek. "Good, because you're stuck with me."

With a quiet laugh, they made their way back to the guest room, where Travis helped her into one of his oversized T-shirts and a pair of soft pajama pants. As they climbed into bed, he pulled her into his arms, holding her close, his lips pressing gentle kisses along her temple.

As she nestled against his chest, her fingers laced with his, Taylor felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. "Travis?" she whispered into the quiet, glancing up at him with a soft smile.

"Yeah, babe?" he replied, his thumb tracing lazy circles on her back.

"Thank you... for this. For everything. You make my heart feel so full."

He tilted her face up, his eyes shining with affection. "It's easy to love you, Tay. I wouldn't trade this for anything."

With that, he pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead, and as they drifted off to sleep, the room filled with the quiet contentment of two people completely, undeniably, in love.
