"Can we get a picture of the happy couple?" The paparazzi yelled as we were about to enter the restaurant.
This was Zach and Nichelle's first date since she gave him a second chance. They sat down and ordered their food "How's my baby doing?"
Nichelle internally flinched at the sound of him saying baby.
"She's alright, she's with Chantel right now"
"Good. I've missed her" He then looked Nichelle full in the eyes and held her hand that was resting on the table. "I've missed you "
"I miss waking up to you, I miss Amira waking me up to make her breakfast" she slipped her hand from his grasped. "Zach-"
"I know I got to take it slow, I was just saying that I missed being a family"
"But I don't want to make this uncomfortable, so I'll talk about something else"
"When are you releasing your album?"
"Uhhh I'm actually not sure if I'm going to do that again."
"Why is that?"
"Creating an album means a lot of work which also means tours and concerts and I don't want to get caught up and have a round two of .." he nodded and sighed.
"We can work around it, becoming COO gives me the opportunity to work from home or give some work onto others. This way we can travel with nugget and be close to you" Nichelle nodded
"Something to think about, but we'll see"
The food they ordered finally reached and it made her nauseous. Zach picked up on that.
Nichelle pov
"You okay Nichelle?" she nodded. "I'm just feeling a little sick" I flagged one of the waitresses and when she reached the table, I grabbed her hand "can I order something else?" she nodded and went to get me the menu again. The nausea hit so I excused myself and went to the restroom.
The waitress Lucy went to change my order and said she'd be back to help me.
When I entered the bathroom stall, I couldn't help but throw up. God, I hope this doesn't make Zach think that I'm pregnant.
I finally came out of the stall and the first thing I saw was Zach. I screamed. "Zach! What are you doing in here? This is the ladies restroom" I clutched my chest because he really did scare the crap out of me.
"You're pregnant" my ears perked up at that.
"What? Zach I'm not pregnant. I just wasn't feeling good"
"Spare me Nichelle, when you were pregnant with Mir you became nauseous for all the foods you loved to eat. You always order the same thing from this place. You can buy an extra order but you always order the same thing"
