Fareeha was frantically calling Sarfaraz, but he didn't pick up. And she began to panic when his phone switched off. By evening, she called Adil. When he informed her of everything that had happened in the morning, she became anxious.
"He had been missing since morning, and its late evening now. We have a flight to catch. The phone is unreachable. What if something happened to him?"
"Check his location or something. Relax, okay."
"Why didn't you say something? You know, Adil, you are messing things up."
"Far—"
She disconnected the call.
Around nine at night, Fareeha received a message from Sarfaraz informing her about reaching to the airport. When she texted back, there was no response. Hurriedly, she got ready in a loose red over-sized shirt and white pants, then took the cab to the airport.
In the waiting area, she found Sarfaraz sitting with the rest of the guests flying off to Dubai. He was still in his morning clothes and carried no bag; just his passport and tickets in his hands. Fareeha hurried to him, adjusting the handbag on her shoulder, and slapped his back.
"Ouch!" He straightened.
"Ass, why weren't you picking up my calls?"
"I didn't want to."
"Shut up. You have no idea how worried—"
Sarfaraz held her hand, pulled her down, and then embraced her. Fareeha blinked, keeping her arms open, and looked around. A few curious glances fell on them. She pulled him off her.
"Dude?" She checked his forehead.
He moved her hand and gripped it with both his hands, - "I am so lucky to have a friend like you."
Fareeha smiled a little, - "Pagal, then why did you torture me?" Her eyes were moist.
"I am sorry." Keeping her hand in his, he wrapped the other arm around her.
"I don't know what I will do without you. I know you will be there even if no one is with me." He said emotionally.
Fareeha sniffed, nodding.
Sarfaraz parted her and smirked, - "Why are you being so senti? Are you on your period again?"
Fareeha shook her head,- "No, I am happy you are safe." She looked into his eyes, and they shared a smile.
Someone cleared their throat, parting them. Sarfaraz looked up and smiled, - "Hi, Eshal."
"Hi, Faraz! Fareeha" A tall, gorgeous woman greeted them with a bright smile. The soft curls of her balayage hair rested till her chest side parted. Her hour-shaped figure perfectly fit in a turtle neck black top tugged inside an emerald green pencil skirt. An expensive bag in her hand and a luxury watch around her slim wrist.
