Fareeha fumed. She slapped his arm hard. He stopped laughing. "You tell me, why will I have sex with Adil? And if I did, what is your problem? You are behaving as though I am saving my virginity for you." She paused and added, - "Ass!"
Sarfaraz rolled his eyes, -"Please, like I care. I just don't want you to waste your time and—" he cleared his throat, and added, - "over someone who doesn't value you. I am saving you. Can't get such a simple thing, ass brain?"

Dania turned to him, and it was like earth slipped from beneath his feet. In horror, Sarfaraz stared at her.
"I am sorry. I think you—mistook me." Dania avoided looking at him, fidgeting with a coffee mug on the kitchen counter. Fareeha eyed them.
Sarfaraz was dumbstruck to speak. What was Dania doing here? Oh no, Fareeha will skin him alive. This happened only in silly movies, not in real life, and he wasn't even drunk. Elders have rightly said too much happiness and eagerness ruin one's rationality.
Dania kept her head lowered and walked towards the exit. She stopped by Fareeha, pressing a smile, - "Don't be harsh on him. He was talking about you." She cleared before climbing the stairs.
Sarfaraz held the counter and turned to Fareeha, expecting a slap. She held her hips, shaking her head.
"You were, are, and will always be an ass." She twirled around and dashed towards the stairs. Sarfaraz face-palmed.
Fareeha stormed into the room, Sarfaraz at the close trail requesting her to listen to him. After he got into the room, she shut the door and took a deep breath.
"You are an ass, in actuality. Can't you tell the difference? Who was standing there? Could have been Aunty Haya, or any random maid? You just pounce on them?"
Fareeha huffed, and not giving him time to speak, she went on, - "Had it been some random Maid, I wouldn't mind. But Dania—Dania—"
"Chup kar jaa, please." Sarfaraz begged her. Fareeha shut her mouth and turned to her side.
"How was I supposed to tell Dania was here? Plus, she was wearing red. Both of you have the same length of hair—and I didn't think too hard, na, yaar."
"That is your problem."
"Okay, okay." Sarfaraz sighed, - "Thank you for ruining the mood."
"Excuse me, I did."
"Yeah." He stopped as Fareeha began to bash his arms with her slaps.
"Hey, stop, stop." Sarfaraz moved his hand behind and grabbed her hair.
"Agh! Leave my hair. Otherwise, I will hit you in your nuts."
"You always say that—bandar." Sarfaraz had the upper hand now. She attempted to kick him, but he kept dodging. Fareeha inhaled deeply and began to tickle his waist. Chuckling, he twisted, requesting her to stop.
