AUTHOR NOTE:Yay! Update because its pouring at my house with thunder and lightning.
Let's make it boom like thunder and lightning. Does anyone watch Ricky Dillon or O2l? Because I'm watching O2l while making this and Listening to Thunder an Lightning by Ricky Dillon.
Also got my handy dandy Hot Cocoa on the table. But geez it's the middle of summer and it's pouring down rain!!!
Does anyone just stand in the rain all day? Like just sit there? I don't but not with Thunder and Lightning so can't do that:/
Zach's POV
We sat for a couple minutes in silence. My fingers were still connected with Shay's. She didn't pull away after 3 seconds! She stayed.
Shay's POV
In the few minutes we sat there nothing happened, we just sat there in silence. Soon enough, we heard a Raptor scream outside making all three of us jump.
"Nothing's getting in here right?" Grey asked turning to us, then back to staring at the door.
"Hey." Zach says lightly grabbing Grey by the shoulder.
"Remember the ghost at the old house? In the garage? I protected you, right?"
"You made a battle axe with a ruler and paper plate." Grey smiled a bit.
"See? Nothing's gonna get you while I'm around."
"But you aren't always be around." Grey says and I wrap my arm around him and unravel my hand from Zach's and put it in my lap.
"Well, hey..." Zach's begins looking down at Grey.
"We're brothers, ok? We'll always be brothers and we'll always come back to one another."
"No matter what?"
"No matter what." Zach nods his heads confirming. I wrap my arm around Grey pulling him close and suddenly, Zach wraps his around me. I look at him and he pulls away awkwardly. Grey and I continue to hug when Zach slowly slides the window open. Grey and I sit up and look out the window with Zach.
Claire's sitting in the drivers seat watching a live video that's coming from a camera on one the raptors headsets. I see Owen riding on his motorcycle alongside the other two Raptors.
"Your boyfriend's a badass." Zach suddenly blurts out and I can see Claire smiling.
We continued to watch over her shoulder and it started getting more interesting.
"No, no, no. You aren't going to watch this. Keep the window closed!" She says as she shut the window on us.
Sorry this was a short chapter:/ and sorry it took so long:(
I'm currently in Hollywood writing this in a cute little coffee shop:)
It might take a while like this one but it will be worth it to finally finish this book:) and write the sequel:)
