"So that's what we should do," Charlus said, "we have enough members to divide into teams of two, let's just fight the two battles at the same time!"

Delia let out a yawn, her eyes heavy with sleep. "You woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me that?"

Charlus eagerly nodded, "Let's just end the Eiran and Xenos matter once and for all. Let's try to find a way to end them!"

"No offence, but are you by chance high?"

"No, this is one hundred present original Oak."

For the longest time, Delia looked like she was stuck in a dilemma. She looked at him with the same kind yes that James had looked at him when he suggested they smoke poisonous mushrooms. Charlus even backed away from her bed, fearing a punch.

"You're right," instantly Delia got out of her bed, "we're still fucked but at-least now we know what we have to do."

"Great! I was thinking that the two teams should—"

"No, Charlus. We are not fighting two wars. We are fighting a single war."

"But James's letter said—"

"It said that he doesn't know the whole truth, he was speculating. I think I might have an idea."

Delia tied her night robe and grabbed Charlus's hand, proceeding to dash out of the bedroom at Godspeed.

Once they were inside the control room, she switched out the ancient map of the world and began her thesis.

"This is the city of Okera as James mentioned or as we call it the fallen city. This is where it was said to have been located according to the various sources present but we found nada at this place. Why is that?"

Charlus shrugged, "I only had that idea because my father had—"

"There are two options, either the city doesn't exist or... or it doesn't want to be found—"

"What do you mean?"

"Let me finish first. It doesn't want to be found... by us." Delia paused for dramatic effect, "Look at what this city stands for, betrayal. If Saint Alessar is dead, why would she be sealed in a city openly accessible from every corner? Outsiders are what got her killed in the first place. I think this city can only be accessed by someone who originally belonged to that place."

"You don't mean—"

"Yes, I do mean Serena. What we know about N is that he uses Calapris which is basically his entry ticket to the city."

"This is a terrifying revelation."

"That's not it, Charlus. We know that Eiran is after Serena because she possesses Calapris, why is he afraid of a power that can easily be sealed using Aura!"

"I have no idea,"

"That's okay, this is a monologue. The reason he is afraid because he knows what Calapris is and what it holds. Serena is a Van Black and an Oak. She is as pure as it gets, if Xenos were somehow to take over, she'd be able to use the full potential of her power—"

"To do what exactly?"

Delia sighed, "This is just my guess, but Gary mentioned that when he rescued Serena, he saw a dream. He said that Xenos wanted to go to the city to find some answers. I... I think that Xenos plans to do exactly what the Apocalypse wants to do—to use the power of Saint Alessar."

"Isn't she dead?"

"Gods are called immortal for a reason, Charlus. I don't think she's dead, maybe she's hiding or sleeping that's why we're not able to find the city."

"That is a long stretch of an explanation."

"It is, listen. Xenos original plan was to destroy everything. Maybe she wanted to use the power of Saint Alessar to do it, to give her Calapris an extra edge. Eiran is afraid of Xenos and this is the only explanation where someone as powerful as him would be afraid of her. He knows what she wants to do."

Charlus was still as clueless as a button, "What do we do now?"

"Attack them simultaneously,"

Charlus' face lit up, "Using two teams?"

"No, that is a garbage plan. We do not have enough people to fight two battles, we'll die a horrible death. My plan is to find the apocalypse before it finds us."

"I don't—" Charlus stopped midway. There was a strange smile which shone bright on Delia's face, it looked strikingly similar to the one James had whenever he solved a tough problem. "—Delia, tell me you're not planning on using Serena as a bait."

"What? Who do you think I am?!" Charlus heaved a sigh of relief, "I'm planning on using her as a tour guide."

"That is not better, she has been through—"

"Charlus, respectfully, you do not speak for her." Delia slammed her fist on the table. "I will present the choice to her, if she agrees, that's good. And if she doesn't, we'll watch the end together. Now, if Serena leads us to the city, we will find Alessar and destroy her."

"You just said that a god cannot be killed, how do you expect to kill her."

"You leave that to me," she sighed, "if we find the city before they do, we will win the war."

"And what if they attack us in the middle? How will we win then?"

Delia smiled, "Let them, they're not the only ones who have been practicing the past three years. I have full faith in our boys and girls, I know they will manage."

"But what if Eiran and Xenos comes back? The only reason we were able to control Ash is because he lived in this castle."

"Let them kill each other for all I care—"

"Delia! They posses our children!"

"Killing each other does not necessarily mean killing our children." She said. "There may be a way to get rid of them, I'll find it, until then, they will have to manage, Charlus. This is the only way."

Charlus wasn't completely on board with the plan and he made sure to voice his thoughts, after he was finished, he paused and asked, "Is there any another way?"

Sadly, Delia shook her head. "If there was, I would never put Grace's daughter in the harms way."

"She's mine—" Delia gave him a stink eye, "—well then, I guess we're sending them on a death mission."
