"oh shit" Colby cursed, pulling back.

Colby's whole reality and everything he's ever known shook. Looking at Elijah like he had for the past month or so. Not quite being able to shake the wandering thoughts from his head this time. Something was different now that action had been taken, action you can't take back. "I-" Colby sputtered, not quite making his mind up to shove everything back down or fall into his own sin.

"Shhhhh" Elijah shook his head with a blank face. "I know you didn't mean it. fear and all, I get it." Elijah leaned forward pushing his hair back. His mind also runs circles around the fact that Colby could actually feel something.

"I- shit" Colby cursed letting his head fall again. taking a deep breath, his chest tightening in both guilt and the feeling of something new. "i- i think i did mean it" Colby spoke to Elijah and himself. seeing if the words coming out of his mouth felt right. They did, but better keep all he's known intact till he is at least out of this house. this fucked up, ghost residing, infested, gay ass house.

"oh." Elijah nodded, not giving away the small smile he had on the inside. "do you- are you?" Elijah started while looking up and away from Colby but nudging his knee against the other boys.

"I don't think so??" Colby started while looking down at the point of contact between the two. "You just- I don't know" Colby sighed before looking up at Elijah who was staring up at the awning. "Did you just let me, or?"

"i dont think so??" Elijah mimicked Colbys words from the moment before. "i don't know" Elijah shook his head before looking down to Colby, caught slightly off guard that he was already looking up at him.

"Are you gonna tell anyone?" Colby asked, sinking in his spot on the stairs.

"Obviously not." Elijah answered in a quick second " you gonna tell Sam?" Elijah asked after another very awkward moment of silence

"obviously not"

"you lyin?"

"... maybe"

"сволочь"

"what?"
