The L/N family and the rest of their group had just gotten off the train taking them to London. They grabbed their things and made their way to the bus that was waiting to take them to the airport. The three L/Ns talked amongst each other, worried about their fourth loved one.

Julia: You think Y/N's okay? He hasn't called back or responded yet.

Grant: I'm sure he's fine. He's done this before.

Julia was still visibly concerned for her son's well being. David gently rested his hand on her shoulder and spoke in a soft voice.

David: It's okay. Y/N's strong. He gets that from you. He'll do fine.

Julia: I know. I just can't help worrying.

She gave a gentle smile to her husband and brought her hand up to his, squeezing it back. The trio were soon joined by Kate Bishop who walked up to them.

Kate: Hey. Have you guys seen Y/N? I didn't see him on the train.

Julia: Oh, uh... yeah, sweety, you missed him. Y/N's not here with us right now. He's... uh...

Grant: He's helping our aunt who lives here. She's moving and has a few items he left behind from our last visit. He's going to try and meet us at the airport.

Grant's parents both turned their heads to look at him. That lie was quick thinking. He'd gotten better at lying since Y/N got his powers. They wondered what else the two had lied about in the past.

Kate: Oh, I see. Yeah. Cool. I'll, um, meet you guys on the bus.

Julia gave her a warm smile.

Julia: You do that, sweety.

Kate smiled a genuine smile back at her. She didn't know why, but she always felt so warm and accepted by Mrs. L/N's kindness. Maybe it was because it seemed so different from her own mother who had different ways of expressing her love for her daughter. Kate walked ahead while the L/Ns stayed back. The two adults turned to Grant.

David: We're going to have to have a serious discussion about you and Y/N's "partnership" thing you got going on.

The family all joined the rest of their group in boarding their transport vehicle. They walked towards a large, red, double-decker bus. The family stepped onboard and made their way to the top exposed second floor of the bus. Standing next to the bus, the driver spoke into a hidden radio in the sleeve of his jacket. He gave a sinister smirk as he did.

Guterman: I have the family.

In one of the large towers overlooking the Thames River, Nick Fury and his team took their post. The crew's satellites had picked up another spike of energy, indicating another possibly Elemental emergence. Fury looked out the window, on guard. Mysterio flew by the building and hovered in front of him.

Beck: I got here as fast as I could. I did a full perimeter sweep. Nothing.

Fury: Damnit.

Maria Hill looked at her computer. A sensor picked up something coming from the river just below the bridge.

Hill: Pulse is spiking.

Beck: I'll take another look.

Fury: Soon as you see something, report. You're all we've got, Beck.

Mysterio flew off towards the river and soared over the bridge. In a glass walkway over the concrete and stone structure, the real Quentin Beck spoke his lines through his HUD display.
