ALEXIA-
"Are you sure, because if he finds out then..." My voice trailed off and I dramatically looked in the direction of the projector which still had the videos playing. He turned my head and spoke to me. "Alexia, nothing is going to happen to you, I can put my life on it." I nodded and he smiled at me.
"And Alexia, do not, under any circumstances, let him manipulate you into believing anything. Do you understand?"
"Of course, I just want to be free." And with that he left the room.
ALEXIA-
"Are you sure you're okay?" The man in the front seat asked me again. Zihan had left tips as to my whereabouts for the men to find. By the time they got here they were gone of course. With no inkling as to where they may have gone.
By the time they had gotten me, my brother made sure to make sure I was beaten up well enough to make it look like I was even more of a victim.
I didn't even know how I was going to tell Damian about what had happened, I knew that I had to speak to him first though. We had some things to clear up. "Miss Thorne?"
"I'm okay." No one had an issue with me being beaten up and tortured when I refused to give them my money, but now all of a sudden my well-being was everyone's concern. Funny how life works.
We pulled into the driveway, my heart was in my ass as we approached further into the property. "Miss Thorne, i'll escort you into the hou-" No way. Not today. I could walk perfectly fine and I just wanted to be alone with my thoughts for a little while. Even if that was just the walk to the door.
I opened the door and to my surprise Damian was waiting outside the car. "Are you okay?"
He looked unlike he usually did. His shirt was frayed and creased, and he looked as if he had just thrown on the nearest pants he could
find. His hair was a mess as he ran his fingers through it, but damn did he still look good."I'm okay, I need to talk to you though."
"Come." He took my hand and walked me inside the house. The gesture took me by surprise, his hand cupped mine as he gently urged me to follow him. It wasn't like I hadn't felt the touch of a man before, but this compared to his usual self centred demeanour was a shock to my system. He had a hold on me that no one else had ever had and I both hated it and loved it.
"Do you want to clean up first?"
"Yeah."
I took my shower which probably lasted over an hour. I looked better than I did before, my body was kind of used to this so I didn't expect it to be too bad. He was waiting for me outside the bathroom, taking me once again he brought me Inside his bedroom which I hadn't expected. The decor matched his personality greatly, his grey curtains, bedsheets and accessories for the room giving it a dark but airy feel. He guided me to sit on his bed, I did and he sat on the chair across from me.
"Do you want to talk about what happened? You don't have to if you don't want to." His voice was gentle but still had a harsh edge to it. I took a glance at myself in the mirror and realised the need for his anger. "It was just the basics, nothing too special, didn't touch me there if that's what you're thinking."
"We will get revenge, I promise you." If I couldn't already tell by the look on his face, the way he spoke made it certainty. "I know."
