5 Years Later
It's been five years since Kenzies accident. Her doctor said she was as the luckiest person on earth.
She had broke both of her legs, her left arm, her 4 of her ribs, and her back. She ended up getting into Savannah, but couldn't go because of physical therapy. She had to learn to walk again and use her left arm.
She almost became paralyzed, but they were able to save her spinal cord. She had to stay in the hospital for almost 2 months. After she was released, she stayed in her room all day. The only time she would come out was to use the bathroom.
Her she wouldn't eat unless her mom forced her to. Even then, she would take a few bites.
Kenzie tried to sleep but every time she tried, the car accident was happen again in her mind. So, she just laid her in bed all day and night.
When Rylo first heard about the accident, he rushed to the hospital just for kenzie to yell at him to get out. He tried to visit her when she came home but she just ignored her mom when she would ask.
Kaor used to come into the room and lay with her and tell her about everything that's been happening outside Kenzies room.
Kaor told Kenzie about all the fights that happened during prom night. Kenzie didn't really care that she missed prom night. She hadn't planned on going anyway.
She also decided to finish all the work she missed and get her diploma online instead of the whole big event.
After a year passed, she was finally healed but she was still hesitant on going outside. She thought she looked hideous— like a monster with all the scars she had. She had scars all over her body.
Kaor suggested using makeup, which kenzie has never used before. She only used mascara and lip gloss and sometimes lip liner.
Kaor and Kali taught her everything about makeup and showed her how to use it.
She eventually got the hang of it began hiding her scars.
4 years later
Now, she had her own business with interior design. Her business is real successful. She has her own apartment now. She has a "son" who's really just a Yorkie named Kyler.
Rylo moved to go live in L.A. to pursue his dream that Kenzie didn't know he had. She still sees legend and his mom sometimes but that's it.
3 years ago, she was setting up for a party and this boy came up to her, fast forward now they're dating. Kenzie is really happy with her life right now and thinks that things couldn't be better.
