The story started in Roy Bungalow, 1950's.
Piyali and Mrinali is brought to the bungalow as they were orphaned when their father Hriday Das, died Saving Neil Roy and Ranvijay Roy from the fire accident happened in the Roy factory.

While Mrinali's marriage is already fixed with Ranvijay by their respective fathers'.

In Roy bungalow, Along with Neil Roy lives, his sister and foster mother of Vijay, Roopali sen, her husband Nilanjan Sen, and their chidlren Rajveer sen and Sakshi sen.

As Chidlren they all got bonded quickly, but Ranvijay is more attached to his future wife Mrinali.
Roopali accepted Piyali as her daughter.
One day When Riding his horse Badal, it became violent and mad, causing him fell down and injured, he lost his eyesight.

Only Sakshi is allowed to feed badal, rarely other kids do.

Neil Roy is soon informed that Badal became uncontrollable and became insane as it was feeded with datura along with its food, which caused the accident.

On asking kids, Mrinali informs it was Sakshi who gives food to Badal.
Sakshi says that day Piyali insisted to feed, indeed Piyali went to feed, but she didn't feed and narrates actually what happened.
But Ranvijay assumes Piyali is the cause for his accident and hates her.
Roopali saw who mixed datura and informs about the real culprit to Neil, which Rajveer eavesdropps and informs Sakshi.

Neil Roy sends Mrinali to abroad on the name of education, but on Ranvijay's outburst Piyali is left behind with them,
As he don't want good and lavish life for Piyali.

Neil Roy dies and Ranvijay becomes head of the family.
He decided to oust Piyali from house, but everyone stops him.
Neil shared his properties with his sister and other half with His son.
Lawyer informs Ranvijay about a Mahal, which he got inherited from his mother Tara Mehek Majumdar, which his dad never mentioned to him or any family member and there is no document of the Mahal in the will.

Ranvijay is determined to find Mahal's document, as it is his mother's only souvenir.

Mrinali returns finishing her education in abroad and wants to marry Ranvijay to attain his property, and she is the one who mixed Datura in Badal's food which Roopali witnessed.

Mrinali hates her sister Piyali, for her own reasons but announces she hates her as she made Ranvijay blind.
All the years Ranvijay I'll treated Piyali and hated her to the core and ordered her to call him Mr.Roy.

Not to spoil Mrinali's life, He get her married to Harsh gupta. Mrinali leaves.
Rajveer have always have a soft corner for Piyali which turned into love which he is unable to express.

All the while he helped Piyali to study in secret with Roopali's money.
One night Piyali meet Tara Mehek Majumdar's soul, and get to know about Mahal's document being in the attic room which is closed for nearly 30 years.
But by the influence of her soul, Piyali goes inside and gets the document, but Rajveer saves her when attic collapsed.

They all shift to Mahal, and they meet Hasmukh, the main servant and he hides a key with him which can open the bronze door.
It is rumored that Mahal is haunted by a ghost, Sharmista and whoever stay in Mahal are dead which they are unaware.

After stepping inside Piyali started to feel her head heavy and she heard giggles and someone's voice, which she felt weird.
On the night at Mahal, suddenly a particular piano tune started to play.
