Peter curls up on the couch as he reads a cake magazine, flipping through the pages.

Why was he reading this, you may ask.. Well, he wanted to plan something early for his birthday.

He raises his head, looking up at his mentor who was sitting on the counter, sipping his coffee and scrolling through his phone.

 "Man.. For my birthday.. I hope I get a lot of cake!" He says out loud, hoping his mentor would notice.

"Your birthday is still in 4 months, kid." Tony responded, continuing to scroll through his phone.

 Peter goes quiet and frowns, disappointment flickering through his eyes.

"Oh, Yeah.."

3 months till Peter's birthday..

Bruce and Tony were in the lab, working and focusing on Tony's current small project which had something to do with drones. Bruce had some free time, but he was bored at the same time. 

So, he decided to visit Tony and assist him. Bruce grabbed a screwdriver and gave it to Tony, which he gladly accepted.

"Thanks, Bruce." He says, examining his small project. 

"Where's Peter? Doesn't he usually help you?" He asks as he cleans up the table. Tony shook his head in response, 

"No, the kid's busy."
"Ah, Alrigh-"

He hears a painful neck snap from Tony.

"Tony, are you okay..?"

The genius didn't say anything and only gave back the screwdriver.

2 Months Till Peter's birthday..

Clint was hiding in the vents once again.. crawling around and making his way to his nest that was near the airflow system of the building.

"LEGOLAS!" Tony yelled, rubbing his temples as he only received a 'Shut up!' from the archer from the depths of the vent.

He sighs and picks up a fallen arrow that Clint accidentally dropped and..

A loud painful crack of his back could be heard. 

The archer pops out of the vents, looking confused at Tony.

"Wh- Are you-?"

Tony only dropped the arrow and walked away.

1 Month till Peter's birthday.

Tony lets out a yawn as he goes over to the counter as he sees Strange resting on the counter table too.

Stephen only gave him a quick glance before reading back his book quickly, turning a page.

Tony grabs his cup of coffee and takes a sip but-

A sharp pain crack shot through him, letting go of the cup.

Luckily, The Cloak Of Levitation immediately catches it, wrapping around the item as it places it down on the table gently.

Stephen only raises a brow, watching his cloak put down the cup of coffee on the table and flies up to him to go back resting on his back.

"Ah, shit.." Tony sighs and grabs the cup once again, taking a sip..

1 week till Peter's birthday..

"Tony. Tony! TONY!" Pepper yells as she shakes the man, trying to wake him up.

"ANTHONY EDWARD STARK! YOU BETTER GET UP!" 

She raises up her voice as she scolds him, even using his full name in an attempt to scare him fully awake.

..However, Tony remains annoyingly unmoving, ignoring her typical scolding tactics.

"..."

Pepper only threw a pillow at him and leaves the room.

TODAY -- AUG 10

Steve wakes up and rubs his eyes and he goes over to the kitchen.. Then quickly sees Tony resting his head on the counter. "Huh, you're up early." He says as he checks the fridge.

Tony grumbles drowsily, 

"Yeah, I am, hooray," he lets out a fake cheer and shows a small tired smile.

 Steve rolls his eyes as he grabs a leftover container of Thai food and sits down on the counter

"So, what did you get for Peter today?.. You didn't forget about anything today, right?" Steve questions, placing the food down beside him.

"Go see it for yourself."

Was Tony's only answer.

Peter stirs awake in his messy bed, stretching and rubbing his eyes with a drowsy yawn.

When he remembers what day it was today, he quickly sits up and starts glancing around his room excitedly, hoping to spot the birthday gifts he expected to find.

He looks around, but his room remains as it was- just a typical mess..

"Hmm..? Nothing?" he mumbles, his sleepy brain still processing the situation. 

"Well.. I knew Mr. Stark wouldn't remember it.." He sighs and exits his room-

He felt something under his doormat.

Peter looks down, and to his surprise, he stepped on a Spider-Man themed cake.

Confusion mixes with surprise—he can't quite decide whether to feel offended or happy.

"W-What...?" He stares disbelief at the smashed cake he stepped on.. but holy flip, the cake LOOKS SO CUTE!

He crouches down to remove the doormat from covering his cake and grabs it. 

When he stood up, a couple of drones swarmed around and greeted him with different styles of Spider-Man themed cakes.

The cakes had different flavors, designs, some of them even had that small Spider-Man figurine that's placed on cakes.

Holy-

Peter lets out a loud squeal and starts chasing after the swarm of drones carrying his cakes.

"MR. STARKKK! YOU DIDN'T FORGET IT! YOU DIDN'T FORGET!! HAHA!! I'LL PROBABLY DIE FROM EATING ALL OF THESE BUT THANK YOU SO MUUCHHHH!"

 He yells as he races after the drones, trying to reach the cakes.

Tony grins at the sound of Peter's excitement, letting out a sigh of relief.

"Huh.. Good Job."

"Thank you, Capsicle. Thank you. I baked those."

"Wait what-? you baked? .. You also fully completed those cakes, didn't you.."

A realization pops up in Steve's head.

"So that's why you've been acting so weird, stress!"

Tony gives a shrug.

"I had to make the drones too. At least the kid's happy."

After Peter's birthday party ended.. 

He enters his room and flops down onto his bed. 

In the corner of the room were a pile of gifts that he received.

He fixes his position on his bed and hears a beep-

A drone gently landed next to him, it had a present on top of it with the tag; "For my kid." written on it.

 Peter takes the present and places the drone down on the ground, he was curious what this was.

He unboxes the present, revealing a..

A plushie of his Iron Spider armor that Tony gave him. It even has the small golden pincers at the back of it.. awhh..

He placed it beside him and finally took a rest.
