"THIS IS HOW DEEP YOUR RECENT WOUND IS?!"
"MR. STARK! IT'S NOT THAT BAD!"
Tony was wrapping a bandage carefully around Peter's arm, while he worked the blood began to soaked through the cloth.
Peter rolled his eyes, fidgeting with the band aid on the side of his waist.
"It's not that bad, Mr. Stark.. You've had these types of wounds too!" He scoffs, crossing his arms.
"It's not everyday that I get this kind of crap, kid." The genius shoots a stern glare at him as he wraps another layer of bandage around the teen's chest.
"Uh-Huh, because of your armor.." He mutters under his breath, looking away.
Tony raised his head in objection, "Hey! No. Don't think of that." He scowls.
"Your armor is probably better than miiineee." Peter whines then suddenly winces at the sudden pain from the wound on his stomach, letting out a grunt of pain.
"No, shut up." Tony cuts him off as he checks for any more signs of bruises or wounds around the boy's body.
He pauses, letting out a sigh or relief.
"No broken bones?" He asks, and Peter is hesitant to answer.
".. I'll just do a scan on you."
Peter quickly stood up and tried to object, "MR. STARK! I'm okay! Maybe.. Maybe we can just let Mr. Banner check me later..?"
Peter asks pleadingly but Tony shushes him, "I can do it. Just.. Just, be quiet, kid." The genius scolded as he made the teen sit back down and covered one of Peter's bruises with another band-aid.
Peter sighs and looks at his band-aid covered arm.
"Man, I look badass with these.." He says, a cheeky grin forming on his face.
"Peter. Those are wounds, cuts and shit."
"..And my Hello Kitty Band-Aid package made me look cool!" He protests, but he then flinches when Tony suddenly grabs on Peter's arm firmly.
"I'm trying to have a serious conversation with you!"
"And I'm trying to subtly avoid it!"
The man slowly releases the teen's arm, "You know what.. Fine, I'll let Bruce go check on you, but I'll have to be there as well." he declares as he organizes the med kit's supplies.
Peter chuckles softly and gives a firm nod, "Yeah, I don't mind Mr. Stark.." He says and lets out a tired sigh while rubbing his arm.
"Does that mean we can work on my project again?" Tony thinks for a bit with a hum, "Until Bruce comes here, then yeah, that's fine." He nods his head and Peter lets out a cheer.
"Yay! OW- My back.."
Tony rolls his eyes as he watches the kid wince in pain again.
He gently carries the kid and walks towards the lab.
"No more patrols, kid."
"Awww..."
