Tony and Andrianna were flying over a stormy sea in the chopper. Tony was looking at surveillance images on a tablet computer and ignoring Andrianna, who had been glaring at him. She had tried in vain to get him to talk but Tony... is Tony. He had asked Happy to bring Andrianna to the chopper as he thought that she may know where exactly Steve went. But he had a feeling that she didn't, and he also knew that she was the only one who can get it out from the others. So, he had asked her to come with him and here they were.
While FRIDAY was telling Tony about the incident in details Andrianna was lost in her thoughts. She was wondering why no one had told her where they were going, she had her doubts that they were going to that place but wasn't sure. Bucky hadn't confirmed it. She was pulled out of her thoughts when Tony projected the images that FRIDAY was showing him. " So, what happened to the real Broussard?" Tony asked his A.I. "He was found dead in a Berlin hotel room. Where police also found a wig and facial prosthesis approximating the appearance of one James Buchanan Barnes."
"Son of a bitch." Tony and Andrianna said at the same time, causing Andrianna to grin while Tony rolled his eyes. "Get this to Ross." He ordered his A.I.
Tony then fled the chopper low over the broiling sea. He operated it with a touch screen computer in a wall panel. "This is the Raft Prison Control. You're clear for landing, Mr. Stark." A guard said.
Andrianna watched in awe as the sea swelled and surged as the Raft Prison rose up from beneath. A huge, fortified, circular structure with small lights around the sides. Two semi-circular doors opened in the flat circular top. The chopper landed on a helipad and the doors closed above it. Getting out of the Chopper Tony and Andrianna walked up to Secretary Ross.
"So? You got the files? Let's reroute the satellites, start facial scanning for this Zemo guy." Tony said to Ross in his usual attitude.
"You seriously think I'm gonna listen to you after that fiasco in Leipzig? You're lucky you're not in one of these cells." Ross said looking at Tony sternly and ignoring Andrianna, he led them on through a thick, steel security door. Soldiers were standing guard in an operations room. They looked at a surveillance screen. it showed Wanda, sitting hunched and bedraggled in a cramped prison cell. The sight was so terrible that both averted their gaze. It was painful to see their friends and comrades in this condition. And ANdrianna felt guilty for being the only one who was saved.
Another security door opened and the duo walked into a chamber surrounded by large, bared windows. Beyond the windows were several prison cells. Tony took in his surroundings, while Andrianna was shocked to see her teammates in such a horrible condition. More than teammates they were all her family and had played their parts in her growing.
"The Futurist, gentlemen! The Futurist is here! He sees all! He knows what's best for you, whether you like it or not." Clint said in a sarcastic tone while clapping.
" Give me a break, Barton. I had no idea they'll put you here. Come on." Tony defended himself. But Clint wasn't having it. " Yeah, well, you knew they'd put us somewhere, Tony." Clint spat.
" Yeah, but not some super-max floating ocean pokey. You know, this place is for maniacs. This is a place for-"
"Criminals?" Clint stood up. "Criminals, Tony. Think that's the word you're looking for." He eyed Tony through the bars. " Right? That didn't used to mean me. Or Sam, or Wanda. But here we are."
" Because you broke the law." Tony stated.
"Yeah."
" I didn't make you."
"La, la, la, la, la . . ."
" You read it; you broke it."
" La, la, la, la la..."
"Alright, you're all grown up, you got a wife and kids. I don't understand, why didn't you think about them before you chose the wrong side?" Saying this Tony then walked away, knowing that currently Clint wasn't in his right mind, and he would not tell them where Steve went.
" You're unusually silent Andrianna. You left in the middle of the fight." Clint said in an accusing tone. He knew it was harsh and he regretted it immediately, but he couldn't help himself. Andrianna stood rooted at her place beside Tony, the later turned his head sharply at Clint, "Keep her out of this." Tony warned. But Clint ignored it and continued criticising Tony, "gotta watch your back with this guy. There's a chance he's gonna break it."
"Hank Pym always said, you never can trust a Stark." Scott said disappointedly. "Who are you?" Tony asked since he hadn't seen Ant-man without his mask. "Come on, man." Scott grumbled. However, his mood was lifted when Andrianna gave him a soft smile with thumbs up. The duo then went to Sam. "How's Rhodes?" Sam asked.
"They're flying him to Columbia Medical tomorrow. So . . . fingers cross. " Tony replied. Sam shook his head then turned to Tony. "What do you need? They feed you yet? Tony asked surprising both Sam and Andrianna. Sam raised his eyebrows. "You're the good cop now?" Sam questioned sarcastically. " I'm just the guy who needs to know where Steve went."
"You really think dragging Andrianna with you will make me tell you. Well, you better go get a bad cop, because you're gonna have to go Mark Fuhrman on my ass to get information out of me."
"Uncle Sam please. Trust me he truly is on our side." Andrianna pleaded. While Andrianna was trying to convince Sam, Tony cut off the audio around Sam's cell. "Oh, I just knocked the 'A' out of their 'AV'. We got about 30 seconds before they realize it's not their equipment. Just look. Because that is the fellow who was supposed to interrogate Barnes." Tony said showing a holographic image of Doctor Broussard. "Clearly, I made a mistake. Sam, I was wrong."
" That's a first." Said Sam. "Cap is definitely off the reservation but he's about to need all the help he can get. We don't know each other very well. You don't have to..."
" Hey, it's alright."
Tony leaned closer to the window. Sam sighed and looked at Andrianna, who gave him an approving nod. "Look, I'll tell you... but you have to go without telling the government and as a friend."
" Easy."
Ton y and Andrianna made their way back to the chopper after Sam gave them Steve's location. And as Andrianna had suspected they were headed to that hellhole, the place where she was born, the place whish she hates the most in this world, the place which took away her freedom.
When the duo was about to get inside the chopper Ross stopped them, " Stark? Did he give you anything on Rogers?"
"Nope. Told me to go to hell. I'm going back to the compound instead, but you can call me anytime. I'll put you on hold, I like to watch the line blink." Ross stared at Tony who smiled as he guided Andrianna inside the chopper then got in himself and the door slide shut. The chopper rose off the helipad and flied away. Sitting in the chopper Tony un-clipped the sling holding his left arm. He cradled his arm in his hand for a moment. Andrianna was wearing her suit inside her clothes. "You ready?" Tony asked and Andrianna nodded. He slowly reached out the injured arm and pressed a button on a panel. The Iron Man Suit wrapped itself around Tony and he grabbed Andrianna. A hatch opened and they flew out of the chopper.
