Hi, have some mystery 🌝

Moon stares at his hand, opening and closing it. He was thinking about what had happened the other day, when they were looking for the shard.

"Feel anything different?" Solar questions.

"..My hand.. feels really cold." Moon says. He sighs, holding his head. He was in Solar's working room, sitting on the table chair thing that was used to make the parts for Jack. "I don't know why. Would think that it was from the blizzard, but it only started feeling like that after I touched the shard."

"I'm detecting some energy in your hand. It doesn't seem to be star power, it's different than the energy in Lunar and Sun. Can't tell if that's a good thing or not." Solar was looking at the monitor.

Moon sighs. "I better not be getting any sort of magical power. I don't like magic."

"We'll see about that. Is there anything else I should be concerned about?" Solar questions him.

"..No." Moon said.

"Okay. You know to tell me if it feels weird again." Solar finishes up the checkup.

"Right. Thanks." Moon stands up, and leaves the place.

"Mhm." Solar goes back to looking at other things on the computer.

Jack was back at the house with Dazzle. He was standing at the table, supposedly getting some snacks in a bowl.

"Jack, Jack."

"Yeah, Dazzle?" He looks back at her.

"I've been thinking.. for some time. Uhm.." Dazzle starts. "It's been a long time since Moon gr.. grounded Neptor. I wanted to ask him if he was ungrounded."

"Oh, yes, Neptor. I'm sure that he's been ungrounded, but now." Jack turns around to face her, leaning against the counter. "How long has it been by now?"

"Like uhm.. more than a week." Dazzle said.

"Oh, well then." Jack pauses for a moment. "We'll be sure to talk to him about it, if that's the case."

"Okay." Dazzle goes back to playing with her dolls. "I want to play Detective, again."

"Alright, Dazzle. Once I finish getting your snacks, we will play Detective." Jack smiles at her before he goes back to preparing the snacks. Eventually, his smile disappears, and he holds his head with a little groan. He leans against the counter, his eyes glitching from yellow to orange, and even red at one millisecond.

"Jack? Did you hurt yourself?" Dazzle looks back at him in concern.

"Agh.. I'm fine, Dazzle." Jack chuckles, his voice slightly quivering. He avoids looking at her as not to spook her with his glitching face. "I-I'm gonna go check on Sun's cats."

"Oh, okay." Dazzle watches as he leaves the room.

Jack goes upstairs. He goes into his bedroom, shared with Dazzle, and closes the door. Leaning against it, he slides down onto the ground, holding his head with a strained groan. His eyes were growing dark, even having little pupils showing the aggression in his face.

"Enough.. that's enough.." Eventually the weird glitch stops, and Jack sits there for a moment to contemplate. He sighs, before wrapping his wings around his body like a bat. The colors of the spider legs on said wings were turning from red, to orange, to blue even. Jack hugs his knees close, feeling terribly unwell. He tries to shrug it off, standing up unbalanced, and leaves the room.

After a big sigh, he goes back downstairs to finish gathering the snacks and sits down with Dazzle. They play some games, some card games, even trying some board games.
