"So what if I have, Cecilia, so what if I've killed people, what are you going to do about it?"

I stood motionless as he brushed past me and walked into the school. He didn't mean it did he? If he did kill people, i'd have to kill him, if i don't that would be going against all the principles i've been following since i first got into the business.

I need to find out who exactly Axel is and try and find out who he's killed.

"Michael?" i asked.

"No hun, it's me, Mickey's still asleep," he said giggling. I rolled my eyes and smiled.

"Do you think you could wake him up for me?"

"Sure thing sweetheart. Mickey, Cecil's  on the phone,"

"Cecily? what's up?"

"Hey Michael, i need you to investigate a name for me,"

"Sure thing, who is it?"

"Axel Darkwood," i said.

"What's this for?"

"It's uh...for a school project. I have to get to know the guy but i don't want to, this would be faster," i said twisting the end of my jumper around my finger nervously. Michael was always good at telling out lies, especially from me,"

"okay, see you tonight," i hung up the phone and walked into the school. I was ten minutes late because of the phone call so i rushed into the classroom trying to look as puffed out as i could.

"Sorry i'm late,"  i panted walking down the aisle.

"That's fine, just don't make a habit out of it," i reached my seat and found Anastasia grinning at me. I returned a grim smiled and looked around for another seat. The only other seat was on the other side of Hansel which wasn't the ideal spot but i had the whole room's attention so i just sat my ass down.

As soon as i sat down Hansel turned towards me handing me a sheet of paper, "Hey, you missed a bit, i wrote down some notes for...ow!" Hansel yelped. Anastasia glared at her brother smacking the back of his head.

"Do not help the competition Hansel," she snapped in a hushed tone. She turned her attention to me and i let my calm emotionless expression take over as she tried to scare me with her eyes. She's really gotta learn that a blue and a green eye really isn't scary, even if she was glaring it didn't make a difference. I rolled my eyes and gave the teacher my full attention.

Thirty minutes into the lesson there's a knock on the door and the principal strolled in with a new student trailing behind him.

"Mr Collins, this is a new student who transferred here from Switzerland, now everyone help..."

"Levin Zbaren," As soon as we heard the name Hansel, Anastasia and I all froze on the spot. That last name was all to familiar to us assassins. Zbaren, in the old days meant Bear Hunter, their family has the longest generation of hunters and assassins known to man.

"Everyone help Levin out and show him around,"

"Thank you Principal Flanders,"

"Levin why don't you take the seat next to Cecilia over there," My eyes widened as i watched one of the latest generation of the infamous family of hunters walked down the aisle towards me. I calmed myself and turned towards him as he sat down next to me.

"Hi I'm Cecilia,"

"I know,"

"Pardon?"

"I know who you are, Cecilia Winters, Hansel and Anastasia Amsel," we all immediately froze again and stared forward. "He's got good money on his head. He's mine,"

My blood boiled at his words, just cause he was dangerous doesn't mean he get's everything. And whether or not Axel was a murderer I'd already decided to protect him.

"Unless i get him first," I said. Levin turns his head towards me and smirks.

"It's been a while since I've had a fun hunt. I'm looking forward to this one," he said. I'm not letting any assassin's dirty hands on Axel for as long as i live. I like him, so he's not allowed to die. Not just yet anyway.
