Three years later, Shubman and Sara's spirited 3-year-old son, Vihaan, was running down the stairs, his laughter echoing through the house. Sara was hot on his heels, holding a bowl and spoon, trying to keep up with his boundless energy.

Just then, the front door creaked open, and Shubman stepped inside, his practice gear still damp with sweat. As he closed the door behind him, Vihaan, not paying attention, bumped right into his father.

"Whoa there, little champ!" Shubman exclaimed, bending down to scoop him up in his arms.

Vihaan giggled, his face lighting up with joy. "Papaaaa!" he called, wrapping his tiny arms around Shubman's neck.

"Hey, buddy! How was your day?" Shubman asked, beaming at his son.

"I pwayed with Aadhya!" Vihaan announced proudly, his lisp making the words even more endearing. "We had so much fun!"

"Did you win?" Shubman asked, raising an eyebrow playfully.

"Yesss! We won!" Vihaan clapped his hands, excitement radiating from him.

Just then, Sara caught up, panting slightly but smiling at the sight of her boys. "Looks like someone's had a busy day!" she said, shaking her head affectionately.

"Mommy! I won!" Vihaan said, wiggling out of Shubman's arms to run to her.

"That's amazing, sweetie!" Sara knelt down, enveloping him in a hug. "I'm so proud of you!"

Shubman watched with a grin, feeling a surge of love for his family. "What do you want to do now, little champ?" he asked, ruffling Vihaan's hair.

"Can we have ice cream?" Vihaan's eyes sparkled with hope.

Sara exchanged a glance with Shubman, who raised an eyebrow in mock contemplation. "Hmm, what do you think, Mommy? Can we afford to spoil our little champion today?"

"Just this once!" Sara laughed, giving in to Vihaan's adorable pout. "After dinner, though!"

"Yay!" Vihaan cheered, bouncing on his feet. "I love ice cream!"

"Alright, let's get you washed up for dinner first," Shubman said, kneeling to Vihaan's level again. "And then we'll celebrate your big win with some ice cream. Sound good?"

"Yesss!" Vihaan squealed, his lisp making his excitement even cuter.

As they headed toward the kitchen, Shubman took a moment to soak in the happiness of the scene. The laughter of his son and the warmth of his wife filled the home with joy. In that moment, he felt a profound sense of gratitude for this beautiful life they had created together.

As they made their way to the kitchen, Shubman couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of Vihaan, who was dancing around, a bundle of energy. "Alright, little dancer, let's get you cleaned up," he said, following Vihaan's lead.
