His Unrequited Love

Chapter ~ 15

Aadrika get down from her car and walked towards the entrance of the skyrocketed building infront of her. As she comes there the gaurd stop her but she showed him her business card and also she is the daughter of one of the influential family.

"Atleast being the daughter of Singh's family helped me today."

She muttered under her breath and walked ahead. As she comes to the reception, the lady (receptionist) bowed at her, giving her a smile she said.

"How may help you miss?"

Aadrika looked at her and replied with a small smile.

"I want to meet Mr. Rajvanshi."

The receptionist looked at her and asked.

"Do you have an appointment mam?"

"No I don't have his appointment but its really important for me to meet Mr. Rajvanshi. I would really appreciate if you could convey the message to him that Aadrika Singh wants to meet him."

Aadrika replied, the lady looked at her with a bit nervousness.

"Mam, you have take the appointment to meet Mr. Rajvanshi." Receptionist said as looking at the appearance of the woman she found the woman of a status to not mess with.

Aadrika looked at her, she is getting annoyed but she understands that this is her work but her work is also important so she takes a deep breath and said.

"Listen it is really important for me to meet him. We know each other personally. You just have to convey my message to him that Aadrika Singh wants to him and that's it."

Aadrika was trying to make her understand, she wants to meet Reyansh as soon as possible because according to her father after two days Rajvanshi's family pandit will come to fix her and Reyansh's marriage or see their horoscopes. So she needs to talk to him and confront him about his decision.

"But mam if you know Boss personally then why don't you call him directly."

Aadrika looked at the lady after she said this well obviously she is right, why she didn't think about this beforehand. But for now she has to handle this anyhow. So giving her a smile.

"Actually he is friend but I did something so he is angry with me right now and not even picking up my calls so I came here to meet him directly."

Aadrika said trying to convince the lady who was still not looking convinced so she pulled.

"Leave everything you just tell me the direction of his office. I will meet him directly."

"But mam I can't, what if he gets angry my job.."

"Don't worry nothing will happen I will handle everything, don't worry about your job , its my responsibility now. What you have to do is to tell me where is his office that's it."

The receptionist looked at bit sceptical but nonetheless nodded her head looking at Aadrika. She finds Aadrika a genuine person so she smiled and told her the direction of Reyansh office.

"Here."

Aadrika forward her hand which has a card in it. The lady looked at it and take.

"This is my business card if you ever need help, I will help you ever for helping me today."

Aadrika said and went away from there after handling the lady her business card.

Reyansh was sitting in his office, engrossed in his work when he heard some commotion outside his office room. Getting up from his seat he walk ahead, opening the door he found his secretary was standing there while there was someone else's also. His secretary was trying to stop the other person from moving further.

"Mam please try to understand you can't go inside like this. You have not taken any appointment."

He heard his secretary saying, Reyansh moves a bit further and looked at the person.

"Aadrika."

The words comes out of his lips making both of the person to turn towards him. His secretary looked at him with a tensed face as he don't want to face any kind of scolding whereas Aadrika looked at him with a relaxed countenance as she really wants to meet him.

"Mr. Rajvanshi." "Boss"

Both of them speak at the same time but Reyansh was only looking at the woman. Turning his head at his secretary he signed his secretary to go away from there, nodding his head the secretary Dhar (name)  went away from there. Turning his face towards the woman he looked at her and moved away from the door giving her space to enter.

Aadrika took steps ahead and entered inside. Reyansh comes inside his cabin too and lock the door making her turn towards him and asked.

"Why did you lock the door?"

He looked at her with his raised eyebrows and replied.

"You are here like this so I am sure you want to have discussion with me privately. So don't worry I am not a jerk."

He said making her turn her face away and replied.

"I didn't mean that Mr. Rajvanshi."

Reyansh nodded his head, folded his hands over his chest making his biceps bulge out of his shirt. Aadrika looked at him and believe me the sight was worth looking.

But shunning this little thought away she cough a little and said.

"I am here talk to you about....."

She took a pause for a second, taking a deep breath she looked up at him and found him looking at her waiting for her to continue.

"Why did you agree Mr. Rajvanshi. I clearly said that I do not want to marry you."

Reyansh looked at her, nod his head and asked.

"What will I get in return miss Singh?"

He asked making her look at him, he found her brows frowned, nose scrunched and teeth clenched. He was looking at her while she takes a deep breath and replied.

"I had already said that Mr. Rajvanshi that whenever you will need my help I will help you. Offering you money would be a stupid option as you are already rich. So if you will back away now I will help you in future anytime you want."

Reyansh looked at her nodded his head, sliding his hands inside his pants pocket his walked towards her making her look at him. He stand infront of her making her look at him raising her head due to height difference they have. Her height is around 5'6 whereas he is more than six feet. Looking at the woman who was looking at him without getting intimidated by their closeness, well impressive, as he knew if someone else was in her place she would definitely have her cheeks red by this much closeness.

Taking a deep breath and smiling a little at the woman, he is already head over heels for her and she always amazes him with her acts. He never thought that she will barge inside his office on his first day itself like this to make him back away from the marriage but for now he wanted to spend sometime with her doesn't matter if its not a love convo maybe in future , so he asked.

"How will you help me Miss Singh if you can't even help yourself."
