Never Thought I'd See You Again

Chapter 3

When I got in the house I ran upstairs to my room. I looked outside my window and saw Nicco getting into his car. I couldn't help but watch as he drove away blasting his music. I felt so ashamed Nicco is alot older than me. Im 15 and he is 18. That's about a two years apart since my birthday is in 4 days.

After I helped my mom unpack boxes and put the last of everything away. There was a knock at the door.

"Who is it?" I yelled

"A suprise!"

The persons voice sounded familar , but I just couldn't put my tongue on it. I answered the door.

"Hey oh my god Carla!" I exclamied

"Hey girl how you been? so long no see."

"Im doing fine."I said I couldn't stop smiling.

I missed carla. She had grown up too. She was 1 year older than me (17). Carla had long black hair that stopped at her waist and green eyes that seemed as if they glew in the dark. She looked so gorgeous. I wondered how she found out where I lived but I didn't have time for all that.

"So um wheres your mom?"

"upstairs."

Carla and I ran upstairs to find my mother.

"Hey mom!!!" Carla yelled

As I heard my mom and carla talking I couldn't stop thinking about this morning, but to get my mind off of that I started listening to my mom and carla's conversation.

"So mom can Nicole come with me to the fair? My older brother is gonna drop us off."

"Yea sure."my mom said " As long as she doesn't come back all late you know." My mom laughed

"Oh yeah I wanted to know if I can spend a night?"

" Ofcourse daughter." My mom said smiling

"Well we have to go my bro is waiting outside love you mommy."

Carla said all happy Walking away.

Before I left I gave my mom a hug and kiss.

"Be back love you." I yelled walking out the door with carla.

I jumped into the car sitting in the back seat.

"Hey big bro."

"Hey lil sis how you been?"

Matt was carla's older brother. Im not going to lie he was very fine but you know I consider him as apart of my family.

As we took the thirty minute car ride to the fair we blast music and yelled the lyrics to HYFR by Lil Wayne and Drake. When we pulled up I saw huge rollercoaster rides and the nice old Ferris wheel.

" Call me thirty minutes before the fair ends." Matt said

"Aright."

As we walked into the fair it was probably 5 pm. The fair didn't end until 10 pm so we had all the time we needed to have fun.

"So Nicole I heard you went to Ms.Maria's house." Carla said

"Yeah it was for breakfast. I saw everyone and also made a fool of myself."

"Yeah I Know." Carla said laughing

"Wait how'd you know?"

"Jayson and I grew closer and he tells me everything. He's the one who told me where you lived and all that. Oh did I mention that they're meeting us at the fair?"

"Oh Carla please no why?"

"They wanted to hang with us."

I started to feel butterflies. I was curious to know why they wanted to hangout with us it was a little wierd but I guess its normal they haven't seen me in forever.

While we were going to buy a funnel cake someone tapped on my shoulder. I turned around to see Nicco looking at me up and down.

"Uh yes?" I said

"Hey do you want me to buy you a funnel cake?"

"I guess if you-"

"Sike." Nicco said smiling walking away.

What the hell was that? Why would he ask that and then say sike? Feeling kind of stupid again I walked with Carla to get our funnel cake.

"So yeah did I not mention Nicco's a jerk?" Carla asked. While eating a piece of our funnel cake.

"No... He's changed...alot I remember he was so sweet."

"Yeah I have a lot to tell you about him when we have our sleepover."

"okay." I said interested in what she had to tell me.

Carla and I rode all the roller coaster rides. I swear I was about to lose my voice from screaming so much.

As we came upon the Ferris wheel Nicco and Jayson wanted to join us.

"Nicole can you sit with Nicco I have to tell jayson something.?

"Oh Hell-

"Oh that was a yes okay." Carla said cutting me off.

Nicco started laughing. As we sat down in the seats he made sure everything was nice and tight. Looking at his muscle flex I couldn't help but want to touch them.

"So Nicole." Nicco said smirking

"What?"

I could feel him moving closer

to me.

" You look cute today."

"ah thanks." I said

I couldn't belive what he had just told me. I was shocked. My heart suddenly started to pound harder. As I felt my stomache getting queasy.

" Oh no no let me off let me off!!" I yelled

As the constructer got to my seat I had to run off. I could tell by Nicco's face he was confused. I had to run to the nearest bathroom. I threw up. I heard Carla behind me patting my back.

"Damn are you okay? What happened?"

" Uh I dont know. Can we leave I have to go."

"Yeah sure the quickest way we can get home is by jon taking us back." Carla said, " I'll just text my brother that he's taking us back."

"Well ,what ever we have to do to get away from Nicco the fastest is fine with me."

"Wait what happened with Nicco?"

"Nothing serious I just want to get away." I said

"Well okay I'll go ask Jon."
