Hoseok paced around his room, fingers fidgeting with each other as nerves twisted his stomach into knots. Mr. Kim’s sons would be arriving soon, and he couldn’t help but wonder what they’d think of him. Would they like him? Or would they see him as too plain, too simple? He took a shaky breath, the pressure of impressing them almost suffocating. From what Mr. Kim had told him, some of his sons were bisexual, others pansexual, so they likely wouldn’t mind marrying another man. But Hoseok couldn’t shake his worry. Were they expecting someone extraordinary? Someone… not him?

He jolted as he heard a soft knock on his door. A maid entered, bowing politely. "Mr. Kim is waiting for you downstairs, sir. His sons have arrived."

Hoseok’s eyes widened, his breath catching in his throat. He managed a quick, nervous “Thank you,” before following her out of the room. His hands trembled, and he felt his heart pounding as they descended the grand staircase together.

At the bottom, he could feel the weight of several gazes on him. Hoseok instinctively closed his eyes, swallowing down his nerves as he tried to steady himself. The maid bowed and left quietly, leaving him standing alone. He jumped when Mr. Kim’s warm, encouraging voice spoke from nearby.

“Open your eyes, Hoseok.”

With a deep breath, Hoseok bit his lip, then slowly opened his eyes, and immediately gasped. Standing before him were six of the most attractive men he’d ever seen. His heart fluttered as he took them in, feeling a surge of awe—and maybe even the beginnings of infatuation. Each of Mr. Kim’s sons had a unique look, almost as if he were staring at six different archetypes of beauty.

His gaze was first drawn to the youngest-looking one, who had large, doe-like eyes filled with curiosity. He stared back at Hoseok, wide-eyed and almost innocent, and Hoseok felt his heart skip. The young man had an aura that was equal parts endearing and strikingly handsome.

His eyes then wandered to the man next to him, who had a calm, quiet presence, a reserved elegance in his posture. He was dressed in dark tones, and his intense gaze made Hoseok feel seen and understood in a way that made him almost blush.

Next was a tall, broad-shouldered man with a warm smile and thoughtful eyes. His whole presence radiated intelligence and a gentle, comforting energy that somehow eased Hoseok’s anxiety.

Beside him was another man who looked like he’d stepped out of a fashion magazine, his sharp, striking features softened by a mischievous smile as he examined Hoseok with an almost playful glint in his eyes.

Then there was a man with a strong, refined aura, exuding confidence as he gave Hoseok a curious, assessing look. His dark eyes held an intensity that made Hoseok’s cheeks flush slightly.

Finally, there was a man with a smooth, chiseled face and a slightly arrogant smirk. He seemed a little younger than some of the others, but the look in his eyes was anything but naive. Hoseok gulped, trying to maintain eye contact without getting too flustered.

Mr. Kim cleared his throat, snapping Hoseok out of his daze. With a warm smile, Mr. Kim began the introductions, motioning to each of his sons.

"This is Namjoon," he said, nodding toward the broad-shouldered man, who gave Hoseok a guarded smile.

"And this is Jin," Mr. Kim continued, indicating the man with the striking, mischievous smile. Jin winked playfully at Hoseok, making him flush a little deeper.

"Yoongi," Mr. Kim said, gesturing toward the calm, reserved man with the dark aura. Yoongi gave a subtle nod, his eyes still intense yet somehow gentle.

Next, Mr. Kim introduced Jimin, the man with a striking beauty and a charming, confident demeanor, who gave Hoseok a warm smile.

Then Mr. Kim pointed to Taehyung, who had a mysterious look in his eyes, observing Hoseok with an almost unreadable expression. Hoseok found himself staring back, drawn to Taehyung’s gaze.

Finally, Mr. Kim introduced the youngest, Jungkook, the one with the wide, curious eyes. Jungkook gave him a small, shy smile, and Hoseok felt his heart race.

Just as Mr. Kim was about to formally introduce Hoseok, a low, almost mocking voice cut through the air. "Is he a new maid or some sort of staff? Why’s Dad introducing him to us?”

Hoseok’s jaw dropped, his face turning crimson as he glanced over at Taehyung, who had spoken the words. He couldn’t believe the audacity. Mr. Kim closed his eyes briefly, sighing before turning to face his son with a look of exasperation.

With a slight facepalm, Mr. Kim clarified, “Hoseok is not a maid or a staff member. He is… well, he’s your fiancé. Soon to be either your husband or wife, depending on what he prefers.”

The room fell silent as the six brothers processed what Mr. Kim had just said. Then, as if on cue, they all stood up, shouting in shock, “WHAT?!”

Hoseok flinched at the volume, feeling a little overwhelmed by their reaction. He was about to say something when the clacking of high heels echoed through the room, and everyone’s heads turned toward the grand staircase.

Descending with an air of elegance was a woman who looked furious, her eyes flashing with anger as she reached the bottom of the stairs. She stopped in front of Mr. Kim, her gaze flicking to Hoseok for a moment before she turned her attention to her husband.

“What,” she hissed, “did you just say?”
