The six brothers were in their shared office at the company they would soon inherit, engrossed in their work and discussing some pressing matters. The familiar click of a knock sounded on the door, but Namjoon didn’t even bother to look up from his work.

“Come in,” he said.

The door opened, and their secretary stepped inside, bowing politely. Jin finally glanced up and asked, “What do you want?”

Before the secretary could respond, an elegant woman entered the room, her beauty and grace drawing everyone’s eyes. She sauntered over to the brothers with an effortless confidence and settled herself on Taehyung’s lap. Placing her expensive designer handbag on the desk, she wrapped her arms around him. Taehyung smiled, leaning in to meet her lips with his own.

The secretary took her cue and quietly left, closing the door behind her.

Yoongi, seated beside Taehyung, casually reached over to place a hand on Jennie’s thigh, rubbing it in a soothing and seductive manner. She smiled warmly at them.

“I missed you all,” she said softly.

“We missed you too,” Yoongi murmured, his gaze steady.

Jennie’s smile faltered just slightly as she noticed the tension in the room. Sensing something was off, she asked, “What’s going on?”

Jimin sighed, looking at his brothers before turning to her. “We need to tell you something.”

She raised her brows, nodding. “Go ahead.”

Jungkook, barely containing his frustration, finally blurted it out. “We’re getting married soon.”

For a moment, Jennie gasped in surprise, her hands clapping together excitedly. But as she looked around the room, her joy dimmed when she realized no one else was celebrating.

Slowly, she stopped clapping, her smile fading. “Wait... what’s going on? Why aren’t you all happy?”

Namjoon leaned forward, his tone calm but resigned. “Jennie, you know we all care about you. That’s never been in question. But our father... he’s arranged a marriage for us. Apparently, he’s found a ‘suitable’ partner, and he’s leaving us with no choice.”

Namjoon rolled his eyes, the frustration evident on his face.

Jennie let out a nervous laugh as she stood up from Taehyung’s lap. “What? What kind of disrespect is this?”

Yoongi got up, walking over to her and gently taking her hands. “Jennie, it’s not our choice. We’re being forced into this. There will be serious consequences if we don’t go along with our father’s plan.”

With a scoff, Jennie pulled her hands out of Yoongi’s grasp. Crossing her arms, she glared at them. “So, that’s it? You’re just going to throw me away? After everything we’ve been through, you’re ending things just because you can’t stand up to your father?”

Namjoon stood, his voice tense as he tried to explain, “It’s not about that, Jennie—”

But she cut him off, shaking her head. “I don’t care! You’re all pathetic!” She ran a hand through her hair in frustration, muttering to herself, “So, who’s going to pay for my expenses now?”

Jimin stood, his expression regretful. “We’re really sorry, Jennie—”

“Save it.” She rolled her eyes, her gaze icy. “Screw all of you.” Snatching up her handbag, she stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind her.

The brothers exchanged a silent look, each one feeling the weight of the situation. They all let out a collective sigh, sinking back into their chairs. Jin closed his eyes, a look of frustration crossing his face. “This is all Hoseok’s fault.”

Jungkook grumbled, “Not just Hoseok’s. It’s father’s too.”

They all nodded in agreement—everyone except Jungkook.

Yoongi let out a weary groan, rubbing his temples. “Why did it have to come to this? Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be forced into marriage… especially with a man. And now the wedding’s practically around the corner.”

Taehyung shrugged, leaning back as he stared at the ceiling. “Life’s like that… problematic.”
