In the morning, she opened her eyes due to someone's shouting. Squinting against the sunlight that hit directly in her face, she looked at the man.

"You look like a well-mannered girl. Why are you sleeping here? Don't you have any manners? Now move; I have to open my shop," he said. people stared at her, feeling embarrassed she quickly grabbed her bag and ran away.

Checking the time on her watch, she contemplated whether she should go to school. "But what's the point of going to school? I can’t fulfill my dreams anymore," she thought, smiling sadly.

"But spending my time on the streets isn’t productive; at least I can find shelter at school. I'll sit in the library... yeah, that’s a good idea," she told herself, turning to walk in the direction of the school.

Despite feeling hungry and tired, she kept walking. Upon entering the school, she remembered that her first class was with Namjoon and that she hadn’t completed her homework.

"But why should I ruin my future because of this? I can study. I can’t let myself be weak," she thought as she made her way to her classroom.

Once seated at her desk, she took out her books from her bag. Still wearing her school uniform from the previous day, she waited for Namjoon to arrive.

When he entered the classroom, his eyes fell on Y/N, who was engrossed in her books. He took attendance and started explaining the chapter. After the lecture ended, he called a classmate to collect the assignments.

The boy gathered the assignments from everyone, but Y/N didn’t hand hers in. He placed the assignments on Namjoon's desk and said, "Sir! Y/N didn’t submit her assignment," before returning to his seat.

Namjoon looked at Y/N and said, "Come to my office," before stepping outside the classroom. With a sigh, Y/N followed him.

"What’s your problem, Y/N? Why do you say you won’t study anymore? Have you thought about your future? What will you do after leaving school? I won’t let you drop out; you have to study hard. You’re the best student, and I can’t let you ruin your life," he said, making her eyes slightly moist.

It was the first time someone had cared about her like this. She wanted to hug him and cry in his embrace. Noticing her teary eyes, he sighed and continued speaking.

"I didn’t mean to shout at you; it’s just the weight of my words. I couldn't achieve my dreams for my future, and that’s why I’m telling you this. I really care about you and your studies."

"S-Sir, thank you for thinking about me... I won’t leave the—" she began to say when Yeon-Joon entered the room, knocking on the door. Fear gripped her as she looked at him.

Holding her skirt tightly, her knuckles turned white as tears welled in her eyes from his glare. "Sir, I want to talk to you," Yeon-Joon said, while Namjoon handed Y/N a paper.

"Complete this by tomorrow; it’s your punishment for not submitting your assignment on time," Namjoon instructed. She nodded and walked out of the room.

Y/N hurried through the hallways, eager to reach the library as soon as possible but someone hold her by her hairs, before she could react or scream.
The person took her to the room.

She closed her eyes, trying to escape his grip. When he released her, she turned back to look at him, only to realize it wasn’t Yeon-Joon but his friend.

"You always please my friend now it's my turn" he said, slamming his lips on hers.

She closed her eyes, and shook her head, tears were streaming down onto her face, even her eyes were closed. She tried to push him but it was hard for her.

When he realeased her, she opened her eyes and found yoen-joon hitting his friend mercilessly. Before she could react, she kept running through the streets, distancing herself from the school.

Eventually, she stopped to catch her breath, glancing around until she found an alley. She stepped inside, leaning against the wall.

Hugging herself, she buried her face in her knees and cried. She didn’t want to live anymore; she felt unsafe, had no shelter, and there was no one to help her. She was hungry but couldn’t find anything to eat. She cried until her tears slowly faded.

Emerging from the alley, she stood on the road, where cars were passing by, closing her eyes and waiting for the car or truck to hit her so could die. Suddenly, she felt someone pull her back.
