I was right. The forest was completely overrun by orcs. They weren't in my area though, which was good. I started to walk slowly to the other end of the forest carefully, making sure to be alert of any orcs nearby. Suddenly, a figure seemed to be walking toward me. I stopped in terror and hid behind a tree, my heart pounding in my ears. The figure seemed to be a but scared by my sight too, but it seemed to keep following me. I stopped looking at it and stayed behind the tree, praying it wouldn't see me. "Felicity...? Is it... is it really you?" I jumped slightly when I felt someone tap my shoulder gently. But when I turned around, all my fear vanished at the sight of Frodo and his bright blue eyes.
"Oh my gosh... Frodo... " I uncontrollably gave him a big hug; I had never been more happy to see someone in all my life. I smiled and he gently hugged me back. It was probably the longest hug of my life, and I couldn't believe it was really him. We hugged each other for a while, and then Frodo finnally broke our silence. "So you still remember me...?" I giggled softly and blushed a bit. "How could I forget? We made a promise not to, remember?" He chuckled. "Yeah, you're right. But why are you here? These orcs could have killed you." I decided not to tell him. "I could ask the same thing to you." He smiled and I noticed a faint blush on his cheeks too. "Well I guess I just really missed you Felicity... " I looked down and blushed even more. "Same here." We both just stood there for a moment, caught up in each other's thoughts.
"Well we better get away from this place... " Frodo said, took my hand gently, and started walking toward The Shire. Just as we entered it again, I realized how much I really did miss this place. The smell of the fresh green grass, the liveliness of all the hobbits out and about around town, and just the comfort of it all. Something was just telling me that I belonged right here, in the Shire. And Frodo. I really missed Frodo. His bright blue ocean eyes, his dark curls that framed his pale face perfectly, his gentle personality... well, just about everything. "I've really missed you Frodo... " I smiled and looked up at him. "I missed you too, Felicity... "
