"Get her!" I hear one of them yell, "She can't get away!"
I rounded the corner, and I saw several policemen running towards me in their dark blue uniforms. As I turn around, I see more police coming towards me from the opposite direction.
"Amalia, please, we just want to talk about your custody," the chief says as he walks towards me, gently grabbing onto my arm.
"There's nothing to talk about," I respond, yanking my arm away, preparing to put up a fight.
"Amalia, your dad has custody of you again," he says gently, taking a step towards me.
"I don't remember him, I whisper. I take a step back, but I run into a policeman who gently grabs my arms to keep me in place.
"We know that, but the Malfoy family doesn't want your custody, and your dad does, and he was able to get it back," the chief says, walking close to me.
"No one has ever wanted me," I responded, fighting against the policemen's grip. "They've always thrown me away like a piece of shit."
"Your dad does want you, kid. He's willing to fight for you, and if you don't like it after a month or two, you can ask to come to an orphanage." The chief says, looking down at me softly.
"I guess I'll give it a shot," I whisper, looking down at my feet, thinking that he was just going to throw me into the garbage like the Malfoys did.

"Today in class we will learn how to summon our brooms. So if you could find a broom, please," Madam Hooch called to the class. "
"To sommon the broom we reach out right arm out over the broom and curl our fist, we then say "Up!" Now everyone give it a go and keep going until you do it," she called, looking around at the class.
I heard numerous "ups, but no one was able to do so, not on the first try, at least until I gave it a try.
"Up," I called, and the wooden broom came flying into my hand.
"Well done, Miss Lupin-Black; see everyone, you need to say it boldly, with confidence," Madom Hooch called out to the class.
Lena looked over at me, surprised that I could do so on the first try.
"Try," I said, nodding my head towards her broom, knowing she hasn't tried yet.
"Up," she called, and the broom slowly rose into her hand.
"Good good good!" Madam Hooch called.
Once everyone was able to summon their broom, Madam Hooch dismissed us. On our way to the great hall, Proffecor Snape stopped Lena and me from continuing.
"Miss Lupin-Black, I was just on my way to find you. Please, come take a walk with me," he said.
I nodded my head in response to his demand and looked over at Lena and said, "It's alright."
Lena nodded and kept walking to the great hall.
"Come fallow me," Snape said, walking the opposite way I had been going.
We went down several hallways until we came to a spot with a huge statue.
"Proffecor Dumbledor and I need to talk to you about an offer," Snape said before saying, "Lemon Drops."
After he said that, the statue began to move around in a circle to reveal a spiral staircase. Snape looked down at me quickly, and then he began to go up the stairs quickly, and I fell closely behind.
"Welcome, Amalia," Professor Dumbledor said, looking up at me from his desk.
"Please have a seat," he said, reaching his arm out to the seats in front of his desk.
I slowly walked over to the seat he had pointed at, nervous about what the two professors were going to talk about.
"Professor Snape has gathered you to my office today because of who you were originally raised by." Dumbledor said, "Many children are raised thinking that there is a good and evil side, but to each side they are the good and the other is the evil; there is no right or wrong when you choose a side to act on."
I nodded my head, understanding what he meant.
"On October 31st, 1981, it is said that the war ended, but no war ever truly ends; people keep the war going in some ways until it is gone from the minds of the people. You were raised by deatheaters, but you have fought against them, and with training you can earn back their trust and help the order of the pheonix by being a spy or you can join them; it will always be your choice, but, you know just as well as me and Profecor Snape that Voldemort never truly died that night, and you can be a huge part of both sides." Dumbledor said, looking at me.
"If you want to be a spy, if you want to train, all you have to do is say yes, and if you do not, just say no," Dumbledor says, looking at me.
I raised my eyes from Dumbledore's desire to meet his and said, "Yes, I want to fight against the deatheaters."
