chapter nineteen

Scarlett's POV

I took out the extra key Erik lended me so I wouldn't have to knock every time I wanted to come see him. When I opened the door, it looked as if he had just showered. His hair was dripping all over his chest. His bare chest. He was wearing black sweats and no shirt. My mouth hung open, jaw on the floor. I knew he worked out and all, but I didn't expect this much. He wasn't like a body builder, instead he was lean but with lots of muscle. He had crazy abs and his biceps were just how I always had imagined them under his shirts.

I quickly shut my mouth closed once my eyes reached his and I realized he was looking at me, expectantly. 

"Hi," I breathed. "Sorry."

He bit on his bottom lip, suppressing a smile, and shook his head, spraying more water around the room.

"Come in." He waved his hand towards me and I walked in, shutting the door behind me.

Once I walked in, he let the towel that was in his hand drop to the floor, and he walked over to me. Leaning down, he wrapped his arms around my waist, causing a gasp to be released, and he brushed his nose against mine. "You're cute, you know?" He whispered against my lips.

"Really?" I snuck out my tongue and licked my bottom lip.

"Really." He repeated, this time, his voice was more husky. More wanting.

My eyes flicked up to his. There was hunger and passion ricocheting through them as his eyes darted all over my face, soaking in every inch. As if in synch, both of our lips smashed together at once, like fireworks on the Fourth of July. His tongue stroked my bottom lip, and I immediately parted my lips, allowing him entrance. Our tongues were battling for dominance, our lips a fury of want. Needing to feel him, I brought both of my hands up to his chest, dragging them across his full torso, wanting to remember every dent and curve of him. He inhaled a gasp as one of my hands slowly made there way closer to the waistband on his pants. I tugged on it, bringing him closer until our bodies were flesh together. Our hearts were now beating together, our chests rising up and down with one other. Erik's hand was on the back of neck, angling it upwards to deepen the kiss as his tongue explored all over my mouth. He tasted sweet and like honey. I wanted more. I walked us over to the edge of the bed, and gently pushed him until he was sitting. I didn't give him time to settle in, because I then straddled his lap, pushing my body against his. He started to let out a grunt when I readjusted myself on his lap, but I swallowed it with my tongue before he could fully release it.

"Scarlett?" He said against my lips.

"Mm?"

"You feel so good."

In response, I let out a soft moan, not being able to contain myself. He felt so good. His body was so warm, yet so cooling at the same time. I felt like I molded right into him perfectly, like we were made for each other. His skin was smooth and soft, like it's been lathered in lotion and baby powder ten times a day.

Erik's POV

As our tongues were busy fighting over each other, Scarlett started gently rocking her hips against me. Oh my gosh. As much as I tried to stop it, I couldn't help the hardness that was going on down there. I roughly gripped my hands on her hips, guiding her. Her hands were on the back of my neck, pulling and tugging my hair. 

She was making me feel something I've never felt in my life with another girl. I wanted to see all of her. Feel all of her. Yes, she was on my lap and I could feel our bodies against each other, but I wanted to feel her. One of my hands left her hips while the other was still guiding her, and it slipped up her shirt. I let myself roam around her ribs, her waist, her abdomen. I rubbed circles along her side, causing her to choke on a gasp, and she rocked harder on my lap.

"Erik." She breathlessly said after she pulled away for a second. Then she reconnected with my lips.

Her hand went to my chest and she pushed, wanting me to lie on my back, and so I did. She came down with me, putting her weight on my body as she continued to straddle and kiss me. 

My hand explored further up underneath her shirt. My fingers played with the clasp of her bra, but I didn't unclasp it. I wouldn't do that unless she was said she was comfortable with it. My hands went to her outer thighs, where they were squeezing my torso. I stroked my fingers back and forth, happy with the thin material of her leggings.

"Are you okay?" I asked her, breaking the kiss.

"Yeah," She said too quickly, and then brought me back in.

"Scarlett." I pressed a finger to her lips, stopping her. "Are you okay?" I asked her again, slowly this time. I didn't want to rush her into anything. Although I both knew that we were feeling the heat in this moment, I also knew that we could end up doing something we would regret.

She panted as she looked deeply into my eyes, like I was everything to her. Her head then tilted downwards, allowing her long hair to curtain her face and drape across my chest. I tucked some strands behind her ear, wanting and needing to see her face.

Her eyes connected with mine. "Yes, I'm okay," There was a but. "But, I don't want to go that far."

She looked nervous, her teeth was pulling her bottom lip. Quickly, I pulled it out of her teeth's grasp. "I told you to stop doing that." I reminded her.

"I know," She apologized. "I just don't want to disappoint you."

Her words made me feel weird. "Scarlett," I rubbed my hands on my face. "You could never disappoint me. I want to make you feel comfortable. I would never force you to do something you don't want to do." I took her face in my hands, forcing her to look at me. "Don't ever think that you could disappoint me, I would hate if that led you to do something you'll regret. Do you hear me?"

She gazed at me for a long time, but her eyes looked happy, not confused or scared. "Okay, I hear you. Just kissing?" She held her pinky out to me.

I took her pinky in mine. "Just kissing." I kissed her finger, letting a giggle slip past her lips.
