Chapter 9  : Rose

The next morning In a secluded country area, the SUV  is meeting another car with Elena and Iris in the trunk. The man gets out of the car and goes over to the man in the SUV. The man in the SUV is wearing a cap and sunglasses as he rolls down the window. "Where is she?" he asks, "In the trunk, I did exactly what you said" The other man says, "Good, put her in the back" the man orders.

The man opens the SUV trunk before grabbing the two girls and placing them in the trunk, "thank you for your help" The man says, "Is there anything else?" The other man asks, "One more thing. Come closer, please" he says with a smirk. "Closer" repeats as the man gets closer, the man takes him, bites him, drinks his blood and then throws him on the floor and he leaves with the girls.

As Elena wakes up, she sees Iris, still unconscious next to her on a couch as she looks around the big empty house. The man comes up to Elena as she stands up, "who are you?" Elena asks, "I'm Trevor darling" he replies with a smile. "What do you want?" Elena asks. "Ssh" Trevor hushes her.

"Please, I'm hurt" Elena pleads, "I know. Just a taste" Trevor replies as he shows his fangs, "Trevor! Control yourself!" a woman yells out as Trevor stops. "Buzzkill," he murmurs, "who are you?" she asks the woman, "Im rose" Rose replies with a fake smile "What do you want with me?" Elena asks.

"Oh my god, you look just like her" Rose says in disbelief, "But I'm not. Please, whatever you-" Elena begs as she is cut off, "Be quiet!" Rose yells. "But I'm not Katherine. My name is Elena Gilbert; you don't have to do this" Elena informs, "I know who you are, I said be quiet" Rose orders.

"What do you want?" Elena repeats as Rose, clearly annoyed, slaps her, making her fall back on the couch next to Iris unconscious, "I want you to be quiet" Rose says as she walks off.
As Iris and Elena wake up, Elena fills the vampire in on everything that happens, "so what do they want with me then, I'm not a doppelganger?" Iris asks, "who knows" Elena replies with a sigh. "Come on" Iris says as she takes Elena's hand and drags her with her up the stairs.

As they tun the corner they see Rose and Trevor talking in hushed voices, "So that's it Trevor. He either got it or he didn't. We just have to wait" Rose says. "Look, it's not too late. We can leave it here. We don't have to go through with this" Trevor reasons. "I'm sick of running!" Rose exclaims.

"Yeah? Well, running keeps us from dying" Trevor states, "Elijah's old school. If he accepts our deal, we're free" Rose reassures him as Elena accidently places her foot down on a squeaky floorboard, making Rose and Trevor turn to face the two girls.

"You two ! There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong. Understand?" Rose questions, "Who's Elijah?" Elena asks, "He's your worst nightmare" Rose replies as Iris and Elena look at each other in fear.

As Rose walks into a room Elena and Iris follow her, making her turn to face them, "what do you want now?" Rose asks. "Why are we here?" Elena asks, "You keep asking me these questions like I'm gonna answer them" Rose states, "Why won't you?" Elena asks as Iris keeps her mouth shut. "That's another one" Rose comments.

"You got me, okay? It's not like I can go anywhere. The least you can do is tell me what you want with me" Elena pleads, "I personally want nothing; I'm just a delivery service" Rose corrects. "Delivery to who? Elijah?" Iris asks, speaking up. "Two points to the eavesdropper" Rose sarcastically says.

"Who is he? Is he a vampire?" Elena asks, "He's one of the vampires, the originals" Rose corrects her, "What do you mean the originals?" Elena asks. "Again with the questions. Haven't the Salvatores been teaching you your vampire history?"  Rose says, her eyes flickering over to Iris.
