"Ugh! I'm so bored!" The curly haired girl laid on her bed switching through channels after channel, "There's nothing on tv, and there's nothing for me to do." She threw the remote to the side and laid still as she stared at the ceiling.

"No school and no studio. So, what should I do today?" She lowly questions.

Not even five minutes passed.

*Ring*

Norah wasted no time grabbing the phone and answering it.

"Hello!" She didn't check to see who it was and silently hoped it wasn't a scammer.

"Norah, hi, um I- I mean we were wondering if you're interested in going to the mall with Veronica and me?"

Norah grinned at Jenny's kind invitation.

"Sure, yeah!"

"Great, we'll come by your apartment at 8 o'clock."

Norah ends the call and squeals.

She opens her closet picking out the first outfit she sees and ran to the bathroom. Samantha sat at the dining table drinking some green tea while reading her bible.

Samantha hears humming and smiles.

Norah happily hums as she skips in the room. Her eyes widened when she saw her mother, "Mom! Something amazing just happened earlier."

Samantha looks at her with an amused expression, "Sweetie, with you something is always amazing, so what is it this time?"

Norah pouted, "When you put it that way, it's AMAZING!" She shouts and breaks out in laughter, "Positivity is the best policy."

Samantha giggled at her daughter's silliness and brushed back her curly brown afro with her free hand.

"Anyway, Jenny and Veronica invited me to go with them to the mall." Norah clapped her hands, "I'm so, so excited!" The woman watches the girl dance around the room.

Veronica pulled up to the apartment in her pink jeep that her dad bought for her as a early birthday present.

The blonde parks the car and leans back sighing.

"Jenny, Norah's has done nothing wrong, and I've been a jerk."

"Hey, don't worry, you've repented and you two are friends now."

Jenny glanced at the camera as she said, 'Veronica and I have been friends since we were literally in diapers. It hurts my heart to see her like this.' She shakes her head sadly, 'I try to give her comforting words, but God is the only one that can heal her heart.'

"With Gabby's return I realize how Norah and Gabby are completely different people and if she did do something then it probably wouldn't be on purpose."

Jenny smiled, "Speaking of Norah, she's waiting for us." The two exit the vehicle and walked in the building.

Veronica pressed the button, and they entered the elevator and Jenny this time presses the button for the second floor where Norah lives on.

"Isn't it cool that Norah and Westly live in the same apartment building?"

Veronica shrugged and looked down at her phone.

"What are you going?"

"I'm sending her a text." Veronica smirked, "And... send."

The cheery girl hopped about the living room still humming.

Samantha looked up from her bible again, "Do you ever get tired?" She asks her energetic daughter.
