Joe
We sat in a booth. Alfie and Zoe were sitting on one side and Summer and I were forced to sit together. We hadn't spoken since the garden. My mobile phone beeped and I checked it. It was my girlfriend, Lucy. I had used her as a fallback to get over Summer. We had been going out for over a month.
Hey baby, where are you? The text said.
At lunch with Zalfie and Summer. I texted back.
Okay! I'll be right there! Where are you? She texted back in less that 2 seconds.
I quickly texted her the name of the place and she came in 5 minutes. She totally wasn't my type. Fake blonde hair with orange skin from spray tans. She was obnoxiously chewing gum.
"Hey Lucy." I kissed her cheek and she sat beside Summer. I sat next to her.

Summer
Oh god. I think I'm going to puke. Lucy, Joe's girlfriend, was here. She looked so fake.
"Come to the bathroom with me, Summer?" She placed a giant smile on her face. So fake. Insert puking noises.
"Suree..." I mumbled and followed her. As soon as I walked in she threw me up against the wall.
"Stay away from Joe, bitch. He's mine." She spat.
My eyes grew wide. "Don't touch me."
"What?" Her eyes looked red. "I'm way prettier than you. Filthy, ugly, worthless bitch. You're such a slut. You already have kids?"
I rolled my eyes. "You don't know who's kids they are do you?" I placed a smirk on my face.
"Certainly not Joe's. He wouldn't sleep with a slut like you." She stared at her fake fingernails.
"Oh boy, are you in for a surprise..." I couldn't help but smile.
"Well.." She stuttered. "He kissed another girl for a reason."
"He didn't mean it!" Woah, that came for nowhere.... Did he? "It wasn't his fault." Where is this coming from?
"Whatever." She slapped me. "Stay away from him." She sauntered out.
I held a hand on my throbbing cheek, shocked. I looked in the mirror. I giant red handprint was covered half of my cheek. Fine, if she wants to be a bitch, I'll be one too. I forced a sob out, which I didn't know I was holding in, and walked out. Tears were staining my face.
"What happened?" Joe jumped up when I got back.
"L.." I choked out.
"Lucy?" Joe snapped around. "Lucy, did you do this?"
"No! She's faking!" Lucy pulled a weak innocent face.
Joe went back and forth, not knowing who to believe. He then turned to me with a sad look. "I'm sorry. I have to believe Lucy. She's too nice."
Okay, now I started sobbing for real. "Whatever." I muttered and stormed out, walking in the rain. I couldn't see anything.

Joe
"That was a dick move, Joe." Zoe whispered after Summer ran out and Lucy went to the bathroom again. I looked out of the window to see Summer standing in the rain, sobbing. I jumped up and ran out.
"Summer?" I ran over to her. "I'm sorry. I believe you."
"Whatever." She muttered again. She was soaked.
"Please come back?" I reached out an arm.
"No. You decided to believe your fake girlfriend over the woman you had two children with." She started walking away. I followed and hugged her.
"Stop." I whispered. "I believe you."
She continued to sob into my chest. After she stopped, we joined them again.
"Lucy. Leave and delete my number." I said once I sat down.
"What?" She shouted.
"I'm breaking up with you." I glared at her.
"Whatever. I never liked you anyway." She stormed out.
