Rosepetal approached the defeated Malumbra, curious. "Why did you seek darkness?"
Malumbra's eyes, once cold, now held a hint of sadness. "I sought power to avenge a past wrong. A dear friend was betrayed, and I sought justice."
Rosepetal's ears perked up. "What happened?"
Malumbra's gaze locked onto Rosepetal. "A trusted advisor manipulated our kingdom's throne. I vowed to reclaim power, no matter the cost."
Rosepetal understood the pain driving Malumbra's actions. "But darkness consumed you."
Malumbra nodded. "I lost sight of justice. I seek redemption."
Sparky's light softened. "Maybe together, you can find it."
Rosepetal considered. "Join me in rebuilding our kingdom. Together, we'll bring light and justice."
Malumbra nodded, beginning her path toward redemption.
