Growing up Sienna always knew she was different to the children her own age, she was smarter than them, a lot smarter which was why at the age of 11 she had been moved up 3 grades so she was in 9th grade rather than 6th. Little Sienna thought it was great, most of the time but she also hated it, she only had one best friend but she had many acquaintances. Also growing up Sienna knew she wanted to be a doctor, a surgeon to be exact, she wanted to help people and loved science so why don't she want to be a doctor.
In 11th grade at aged 13 Sienna had fallen for a boy who was older, of course he was older everyone in the grade was older than her. But that didn't matter she thought he was the one but at the time she didn't realise how toxic their relationship was, how controlling he was, she thought it was love so when they slept together after a party she thought their relationship was a 'normal relationship'
Sienna was only 13 when she found out she was pregnant, her boyfriend at the time was older than her, by 3 years, she knew about safe sex, her parents taught her all about it when she first got her period but still she ended up pregnant, she thought her boyfriend had used protection she didn't think she needed the morning after pill or anything so she never told her parents, that was until she started putting on weight but she had been getting sick. Her parents noticed her throwing up most mornings and asked her if she was okay, that's when she broke down crying and apologised over and over and she told them that she was pregnant. Feeling as if she was a disappointment Sienna struggled, it was a week after she had told her parents that she was pregnant, she didn't know what she was really was intending as she threw herself down the stairs one morning. She ended up in hospital on suicide watch for 48 hours but she wasn't really trying to kill herself, not really but she didn't think she was even trying to lose the baby.
The pregnancy was hard on Sienna but she still pushed through if she had to stay off school she would still do all her schoolwork and even extra, anything so she didn't fall behind and get moved back to her original grade, she didn't know if that would actually happen but she didn't want it to happen.
By the time Sienna was 36 weeks pregnant the baby was breeched, she hadn't turned and Sienna was terrified, her OBGYN told her than they had to do a procedure called external cephalic version; it's where an obstetrician, tries to turn the baby into a head-down position by applying pressure on your abdomen. said procedure was a safe procedure but as Sienna found out it was extremely uncomfortable, she hated it and it didn't even work, not the first time, she had to have it done a second time which worked but she hated it. Sienna had just turned 14 when she turned 40 weeks pregnant, she was full term but had baby had no intention of making an appearance, a week and 3 days later Sienna went into labour at 2am however she almost had to have a c-section as 15 hours later she was in so much pain and the baby still hadn't been born by 9pm she had finally given birth to her little girl 'Aubrey Faith Hopkins'
After giving birth to Aubrey, Sienna was one of the 2 in 100 women who need surgery, she had a 4th degree perineal tear. The traumatic birth and post-birth put the teen off ever having another baby, she couldn't stop thinking that if it happened with her birth with Aubrey then it could happen with any other baby she would have.
The first time Sienna held Aubrey she fell in love with the small baby, she was scared like any teen with a baby would be but she loved her daughter, she couldn't be happier with the decision to keep her, she knew people would judge but as long as she had her mom, dad and best friend she knew she'd get through the whole teen single mom thing.
She didn't think she'd ever become a doctor after she became pregnant but her parents helped her, they helped her a lot, until she graduated high school they practically raised Aubrey, when Sienna was in school her mom looked after Aubrey but when she was home Sienna did, she'd do her homework while taking care of Aubrey, she'd play with Aubrey while studying, she did it all.
Sienna was in love with her daughter and even managed to graduate med school and become a medical intern all while raising her daughter, as Aubrey started to call her 'she's a superhero' Sienna was her daughters hero and her daughter was her world, Sienna couldn't be happier with her life that was until her father died, she never thought she could get so dark, she tried to hide it and cope but after a month she started therapy, she was still going to therapy when the world ended and the dead started eating the living but she knew as long as she had her mom and daughter, she'd get through this too, she had to.

I know this is a short chapter but it's a little in-site into Sienna's pregnancy with Aubrey.
