MIKHA'S POV

"Lover, how do I look?" my wife asked me for the nth time.

I was just sitting on our bed, waiting for Aiah for what felt like an eternity dahil sa paghahanap niya ng tamang outfit na would satisfy her.

It's our fifth anniversary, and we're going to celebrate it with the gang here in Siargao.

Ngayon lang ulit kami makakapag-bonding ng kumpleto dahil naging busy na rin sa kaniya-kaniyang buhay.

Stacey and Jhoanna are married.

After namin ikasal ni Aiah, Jhoanna also proposed to Staku right away, and they got married agad.

Ate Colet and Maloi already have a two-year-old daughter. Funny na muntikan pa sila maghiwalay dahil akala ni Maloi na nambabae si Ate Colet one time na lumabas kaming dalawa.

I couldn't blame her though, masyadong girly 'yong outfit ko that time.

Sheena and Gwen are engaged.

Since Aiah gave birth to our three-year-old daughter, she's become a bit insecure about her body, which I don't get kasi wala namang nagbago sa itsura niya.

In fact, she looks even sexier.

I sighed and decided to walk closer to her while she was staring at her reflection.

I slipped my arms around her waist from behind, resting my chin on her shoulder as we both looked at her reflection.

She was in a simple white dress, flowy and elegant, just like her.

Nagkatinginan kami sa salamin, and I stared at her as she did the same.

Not so maangas of me, but I was the one who looked away because she's making me fold with her stares.

I could feel my ears heating dahil sa tingin niya.

You're maangas, Mikha Lim.

Stop being a gay.

I thought to myself.

I heard her chuckle before speaking.

"Kinikilig ka ba? Pffffft." She teased as she faced me and encircled her arms around my neck while flashing a teasing smile.

Too lame to say this, but I got starstruck by her face again.

Tangina, ang ganda.

"Lover, stop staring at me like that." I whispered as I covered her eyes.

She giggled at hinampas ang braso ko.

I couldn't help but smile, feeling my cheeks burn.

I know, ang cheesy, pero hindi ko pa rin talaga magawang hindi kiligin sa asawa ko, even after five years together.

She leaned in, her lips just a breath away from mine. "Parang ngayon lang ulit ako nakita kung maka react ka ah?"

I let out a low chuckle, slipping my hands from her waist to hold her face gently.

"Well, ma'am, with a face like yours, it's not hard to keep getting starstruck."

Aiah rolled her eyes, but her cheeks were pink.

She swatted my shoulder lightly. "Ang cheesy, Mikha Lim."

I grinned, not bothering to defend myself.
