A random young man wearing oversized car-eye glasses and a casual Tee and trousers stood at the door.
"Sir, I am Nikki." He forwarded his hand. Sarfaraz just glanced at it and looked up at him.
"So?"
"Fareeha Ma'am has sent me." Nikki passed him a letter in an envelope. Sarfaraz straightened, frowning at it. He tore it and plucked out the letter.
"What is this?"
"Her resignation."
Sarfaraz's head shot up, he squinted his eyes, - "What the hell?"

"Bye!" She waved a little and turned to leave.
Sarfaraz threw the card and charged behind her. "How can you? " he asked. He reached out for her. Before he could grab her arm, she turned and sprayed perfume into his eyes.
"Ah!" He winced, stumbling back, and rubbed his eyes.
Fareeha clenched the bottle tightly and turned. She hurried to the elevator, as she couldn't see or hear him in pain. Fareeha pressed her back against the mirror wall inside the closed elevator, taking a deep breath.
Enoughis enough. She kept reminding her heart how merciless he was whilst breakingher at the most vulnerable point. Also, how manipulative he was. Hadi wouldeasily talk her out of this. But won't leave Dania despite her telling so.
