“Hwa hyung, are you sure you’re okay going to see him? I can always do it, I'll just tell him it’s your work.” Mingi said, watching as Seonghwa gathered his documents and stood up.
“Mingi, it’s fine. It’s my work… so I want to be the one to give it to him. Plus… I’m better now… and… I can’t avoid him forever…”
“Let’s go together. I’ll wait outside for you.”
Seonghwa walked out of the main office with Mingi behind him, gripping his documents with his clammy hands.
“You okay?” Mingi asked as Seonghwa went up to the wooden doors. Nodding. he held up his hand, about to knock on the door.
His trembling fist didn’t go unnoticed by Mingi, who wrapped his hand around his fist. “You sure you want to go in?”
“Wait for me here. Don’t go anywhere, please.”
Seonghwa knocked on the door, pushing the door open. Mingi sat down on the bench outside, smiling warmly at Seonghwa to try and calm him down. Seonghwa pushed open the heavy doors, stepping into the office.
“Director Kim, good morning. I have the documents and work that you asked for.” Seonghwa said, setting down the neat stack of papers on his desk. Hongjoong looked up, his face breaking into a small smile as he saw Seonghwa.
“Thank you, Manager Park. Would you stay for a while? I have something to ask you.”
Seonghwa nodded, looking at Hongjoong curiously. They spent the next few minutes discussing which platform would be the best to put the new posters up on and whom to assign to it. As they ended their discussion, Seonghwa stood up and pushed in the chair.
“Thank you for the insightful conversation. I hope my work will be up to your standards.” Seonghwa said, bowing as he turned to walk out.
“Seonghwa.” He was stopped by the sound of his name. Turning around, he was surprised to see Hongjoong on his feet.
“If your feelings are still the same as that time at the park, please tell me, because I won’t keep my hopes up any longer. But, if, by any chance, your feelings have changed, I will still be here. I’ll wait for you, but if there really is no chance of you reciprocating my feelings, please tell me.”
Seonghwa gasped, looking up at Hongjoong nervously.
“I think…”
“You definitely still have a chance.”
Seonghwa bowed, walking out of the room and leaving a very shocked Hongjoong behind. Mingi stood up as he walked out, following him back to the main office. He was curious as to what had happened, and wanted to ask, but one look at Seonghwa’s face told him otherwise.

Seonghwa chuckled as he watched the scene in front of him.
Yunho was trying to feed Junyoung but the little boy was just refusing everything his father was offering to him, Mingi was trying to calm down Yunho who looked close to killing his son, San was trying to eat his dinner in peace, but Wooyoung seemed to be trying to have an intimate moment with him. Jongho was watching all these with interest, feeling left out as he didn’t know anyone at that table.
It was 2 weeks before Hongjoong’s birthday, and his father had arranged a dinner for him with his friends at a nice restaurant. Jongho was forced to go, as much as both he and Hongjoong protested.
Hongjoong could only think of getting Junyoung to come in hopes that his tantrums would chase Jongho away. Seonghwa had been pulled into this by Wooyoung, who had refused to go if he didn’t go.
