Reece was currently in the locker room shirtless as he began to get dressed when John walked over to him, "Hey, how's it going with Harper?" He asked, his joyful mood constantly apparent.

"I mean, I'm still here, so.. good, I guess." Reece said with a nod as he put his belt on his pants.

"She was my training officer. You're in great hands." John assured confidently.

"Im just trying to do whatever I can to keep her from giving me that look." Reece said and turned back to take a flask out of his bag from in his locker.

"Oh the triple D?" John asked, "Yeah. I know it well." He said, as if it was nothing. "Disappointment, disbelief, and disdain. I think she developed it in a lab somewhere to destroy self confidence." John rambled as Reece put on his shirt.

"Yeah, my mom has a version of it. Used to give me and Tim it all the time. I mean, you'd think I'd be immune the amount she used it on us over the years." Reece explained as he checked his hair in the mirror, John watched in a sort of amusement.

"Yeah, well, Harper uses it on the daily. I'm still not used to it, hang in there." He advised.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the locker room, Wade was sat on a bench lacing up his boot while Tim stood a few feet away.

"So, I also need you to cover C division today." Wade said as he adjusted his collar.

"Anything else you need? Paint your house or clean your car?" Tim asked and it came out a little more snarky than intended. Reece snickered slightly as he listened.

Wade chuckled to Tim, Reece and John's surprise, "I got two roving sergeants for six divisions. Welcome to your new reality." Wade said before Reece gave Tim a firm hand on the shoulder.

"Unlucky." Reece said with a grin as he collected his water bottle. Tim just gave his younger brother a stern glare, unamused. Meanwhile, Wade chuckled to himself.

"Harper still trying to kick you off the force?" Tim asked.

"Yeah. But, we're making progress. I'd say we're acquaintances." Reece said and earned an amused scoff from the two older men. "What?" He asked.

"Harper doesn't have 'acquaintances', I'm pretty sure she doesn't have friends either." Tim said with a small smirk.

"She has friends. Just like two." Wade added.

"So... She's just always gonna be like that?" Reece asked and got an amused nod from both men. He rolled his eyes and made his way out of the locker room.
