Agrawal Residence...

Kirti emerged gracefully from her room, adorned in a white anarkali kurti that highlighted her brown fair complexion. The intricate embroidery on her attire caught the light as she moved, lending an ethereal charm. She paired it with oxidized jhumkas that swayed gently with each step, enhancing her elegance.

"Maa, Papa, I'm heading out with a friend," she announced confidently, her voice echoing softly through the hallway. Her parents, seated together, exchanged glances of approval and responded in unison, “Alright, beta. Take care.”

As Kirti made her way towards the door, Vihaan, who had been observing her from nearby, intercepted her path. "Kiske saath ja rahi ho?" he questioned, his tone both protective and a little playful as he stepped closer, casting a teasing shadow over her determined stance.

( With whom you are going )

"I already told you, I’m going out with a friend," Kirti replied, a hint of frustration in her voice as she gave him a quick look, signaling she had no interest in further interrogation.

"Naam kya hai?" Vihaan pressed, his voice carrying an unmistakable blend of possessiveness and teasing amusement.

( What the name )

Kirti rolled her eyes, imitating his inquisitive tone with a mocking lilt, "Apne kaam se kaam rakho na, bade aaye naam kya hai!" And without sparing him another glance, she continued towards the door, leaving Vihaan standing there with a bemused expression.

( Mind your own business )

As she disappeared from sight, Vihaan, feigning hurt, muttered to himself, “Meri toh koi izzat hi nahi hai.” He glanced over his shoulder just in time to see her vanish around the corner, his expression softening.

( No respect at all )

"Alright, take care, and call me if you’re going to be late!" he called out, raising his voice just enough for her to hear. Then, with a resigned sigh, he turned and headed towards the living room.

In the living room, Vihaan’s parents were struggling to keep their amusement in check, the hint of smiles on their faces betraying their attempts at composure.

“Haa haa, has lo aap log bhi” Vihaan said, folding his arms as he stood before them, feigning indignation.

That was all the invitation they needed—the two burst into laughter, unable to hold back any longer.

( Go on, laugh it up )

Feeling overwhelmed by their amusement, Vihaan rolled his eyes and hurriedly retreated to his room, leaving behind the lingering sound of their laughter echoing through the house.

Kirti stepped out of her house, glancing around to find a tall figure leaning casually against a sleek black car parked a few meters away.
