Before Isagi could respond, Hiori arrived and celebrated by jumping on top of his back.

Rin and Kaiser had left Isagi to celebrate as the two were isolated and internally killing themselves over and over again.
Ness tried to speak up to Kaiser but was flatly ignored and terrified at the sheer desperation on his emperor's face.
