As usual, their outfits changed for the trial. Ellie herself wore orange bell bottom pants with an angel sleeve shirt. The skirt had a red, brown and orange abstract design on it. Her long hair suddenly had bangs and were curled and bouncy, it was fluffed and bumped in the back. She wore yellow tinted flower shaped sunglasses and thick white wedge heels.

"Don't drink anything. Don't eat anything. Don't touch anything." Alice warned them, taking in the music house.

"Feels like there's a story there." Rio intensely stared at Alice, serious for one of the few times Ellie had seen her.

"Oh, check me out." Agatha immediately checked herself out when she saw her appearance

"Whew!"

"I mean, seriously. We're an album cover waiting to happen." Teen smiles, loving their new looks.

"The Road changes for the coven."

"The Road isn't subtle." Alice grumbled.

"What happens next?" Rio leaned forward with a smirk, to which Lilia gave her a side eye.

"A test." She bluntly stated to her.

"No cheating this time." Jen remarked to Agatha who tried to make herself look innocent.

"Uh, moi?" Agatha played with her hair a little.

"Ooh!" Teen raised his hands, making everyone turn to him.

"Yes, Teen?"

"I was just thinking about the invite on the mantel. Maybe there is, like, a riddle or a kickoff for this one, too."

Ellie left Rio's side after watching her staring at Agatha with a somewhat feral look, deciding she didn't want to witness that Ellie decided to explore the house. Walking through the murals depicting the history and treatment of witches of the past caused Ellie to shudder. Ellie stopped next to Alice who was staring at a beautiful photo of her late mother, not knowing that she was standing behind her with a hand on her shoulder.

"She was trying to open The Road, wasn't she? With her concerts." Lilia asked.

"Her fans were her coven." Alice smiled a little whilst telling the tale "Two years after this tour, she had to sell the catalog to keep our house." Ellie glanced at Lorna, looking at her daughter with tears in her eyes. But they weren't sad, the mother was eternally proud of her daughter. For being alive, for staying alive and for being here right now. Ellie looked at the dull glow on Alice's shoulder, a curse laid there and poisoned Alice's life and family line.

"Which is it? Am I wispy or am I kooky?" Ellie startled at the suddenness of Lilia's declaration.

"Uh, a bit of both if I'm honest." Lilia gasped when she looked at Alice, her voice away and lost in time.

"Alice. Alice, don't." Lilia forewarned, causing both to look at the older woman in concern.

"Don't what?"

"Pardon?" Lilia looked just as confused as they were.

"Don't what?" Alice pressed, wanting to know what Lilia was about to say.
