It was the second day after he had gotten home. giyuu laid on his futon. He didn't get much sleep these last days. Every time he closed his eyes, his mind raced back to the night daiki died. He could hear the screams.
He got up and walked in circles he needed to do something anything to get these memories out of his mind. He began walking faster and faster. His breathing got heavier.
Was the room getting closer? Why didn't he get air? He felt like he was being pushed down by an invisible strength his heart beat got faster. The silence in the room began to shift in a ringing. Loud in his ears. He began to panic.
He put his hands over his ears. He started counting in his head to try to calm himself down. Suddenly, a poke on his cheek brought him back. "Caw caw.... eh.. Hashira meeting in ..uh..
..u..30 minutes! caw caw, " said his crow and flight away.
Giyuu took a deep breath, finally getting the air he was missing in his lungs. He got dressed, brushed his hair, and put it in his typical ponytail. He took another deep breath and put on his stoic face. He walked out of the door and made his way to the Ubayashiki estate...
