Hey, my beautiful readers!
I know you've been waiting for a while, and I want to thank you for your patience and support during this time. As I shared with you earlier, I tested positive for dengue, which kept me from posting any new chapters. But I'm back now, feeling better, and ready to bring you a brand-new chapter.
Thank you all for being so understanding!

The morning light gently filtered through the curtains, I stirred awake, feeling an undeniable warmth in the air. It was a new day, yet it felt deeply familiar, like a beautiful echo of the night before. My cheeks flushed as the memories washed over me. How could I have been so open? The thought made me hide my face in the pillow, feeling a wave of shyness envelop me.
With a deep breath, I opened my eyes and found Ansh lying beside me, his gaze fixed on me with that irresistible, lazy smile. "Good morning, kitten," he said softly, his voice warm and inviting. A delightful shiver ran through me as I met his eyes, full of affection and mischief.
Turning my head slightly, I noticed Rudra standing by the window, his back to us as he spoke on the phone. His voice was low and commanding, a presence that felt both protective and thrilling. I took a moment to admire him, a slight smile creeping onto my lips.
Gathering my courage, I whispered, "Good morning, husband." The words felt special, filled with an intimacy that made my heart flutter. Ansh's smile widened, clearly pleased, but before I could say more, Rudra turned around, his attention now focused on me.
With a playful grin, he stepped closer, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Good morning, brat," he teased, leaning in as if to plant a kiss on my forehead. My heart raced, and I instinctively put my hand on his chest, laughing softly. "I'm a mess," I admitted, suddenly self-conscious about my disheveled appearance.
Rudra chuckled, a knowing glint in his eyes. "A beautiful mess," he replied, his tone smooth and affectionate. Ansh joined in the laughter, clearly enjoying our playful banter.
They exchanged a glance, a silent understanding passing between them before they prepared to leave for the day. I remained in bed for a moment longer, surrounded by the warmth of the sheets and the lingering essence of their presence. My body ached pleasantly, a reminder of the closeness we shared, and beneath that weariness was a yearning-an undeniable desire for their companionship.
Once they left the room, I let out a soft sigh, sinking deeper into the covers. The echoes of last night wrapped around me, and despite the ache, I felt an intense longing for more-more moments like that, more laughter, and more of the connection that left me feeling cherished and alive.
After laying in bed for a few more moments, I finally pushed myself to get up. The ache in my body was still there, a reminder of the intensity of last night, but it only fueled my energy for the day ahead. I freshened up, splashing cool water on my face as I smiled to myself, feeling both nervous and excited. The day felt new, and I was eager to start it.
I headed to the kitchen, deciding to cook something to ground myself. Cooking always brought me peace, a way to clear my head. As I chopped vegetables and stirred the pot, my phone buzzed on the counter. It was Ranita, the underboss's wife, and my new friend. I knew making friends in this mafia family came with risks, but there was something about Ranita I genuinely liked.
She sounded excited when she spoke. "Hey, we're all meeting up for some fun later. You want to join us?" Her voice was playful, and I could sense the mischief behind her words. I hesitated for a moment, but then smiled, the thought of getting out and enjoying myself felt refreshing. "Yes, I'd love to," I replied.
