Chapter 14

Felix pov

I woke up the next day, my phone ringing. I answered it. "Felix! Why didn't you answer my messages and calls?" Chan said. "I was sleeping.." i said. Chan sighed. "Come over now, its important." Chan said. I got a bit worried. "Coming now." He hung up and i took my bike to their dorm.

I soon arrived and i rang the doorbell. Changbin answered. "Come in, Felix." Changbin made room for me to come inside. I went inside and saw Chan and Hyunjin sitting on the couch, Hyunjin all bruised up. "Hyunjin!" I ran to him. "What happened?" I asked, sitting next to him. "Somebody beat me up.. doesn't matter though. My fault for walking through an alley at night." Hyunjin sighed.

"Why were you walking in an alley at night?" I asked. "The other way was closed. The alley was the only way." He said. "Where did you even go? You don't have to answer. Just wondering." I asked. "Uhm. I won't say." He said. I nodded. "Thats okay." It was a bit of an awkward silence til chan interrupted.

"Anybody hungry?" He asked. "Me!!!" Hyunjin and Changbin said together. "Not me." I said. Everybody looked at me. "Why not?" Chan asked. "Just not hungry." I shrugged. Chan nodded, they all ordered food and we watched a movie. Chan kept asking if i wanted food but i kept declining. I was not gonna throw up again.

Even if it was on purpose or accident. Im too tired. The next day i was heading to school, Hyunjin had left earlier because he had volleyball practice. I went to my locker, I was putting my stuff in my locker when i felt something smash my head into my locker. "Ah shit!"

I felt my head, seeing blood. Somebody turned me around and i saw my bully. Shit. I really am in trouble now. I couldn't process anything that was happening fast enough, i ended up blacking out and waking up in my bed.
"Wh-where am i?" I sat up, i saw Hyunjin, Changbin, and Chan. "Why are you guys here?" I asked. "You passed out from lack of blood, and nutrients." Chan said, sitting on the bed next to me.

"Oh.." i said, putting my hand on my head, wincing in pain. "Ow!" I sighed. "He got in trouble for beating u up. Hes suspended." I never felt so happy. "Finally!" I squealed slightly. They were confused. "What do you mean finally?" Chan asked. "He always does that, but never gets in trouble. But he finally did." I smiled.

Chan blinked a couple times in shock, so did everybody else. "Lix... why didn't you tell a teacher? Or your parents." I gulped when i heard parents. "My parents don't like me. And the teachers dont care because i dont have proof. Ive told people before, nobody listened." I said calmly.

"Why didnt u tell us?" I paused for a moment. "I dont know u guys that well yet, i have trust issues so i didnt know if should tell u guys or not." I said, smiling. Chan nodded. I looked over at Hyunjin who was holding back tears. I didnt ask him abt it since i didnt want to make him feeling uncomfortable.

"Do u guys wanna go out to eat after school?" Chan asked. I gulped. No getting out of this one. "Oh okay." I smiled. Hyunjin saw right through my eyes, i could tell. We soon headed to a restaurant after school, i wasn't really looking forward to it, but oh well. Ill see if it'll stay in my stomach or not.

I started eating, i felt my body accepting the food for once. I needed to wash my hands so i excused myself to do that. I headed to the washroom and i washed my hands, and just when i thought everything was good, I felt my body rejecting the food. I rushed to a stall, i started throwing up again. I was so dizzy. I headed out the stall and saw Hyunjin. He just saw me throw up.

He managed to utter 1 word until i saw pitch black, i woke up in a bed. It was, wait. Hyunjins bed? "Wh-why am i in ur bed?" I said to Hyunjin as i slowly sat up. "Felix! Are you okay?" He ran to me, checking up on me. "Yeah im fine." I said. "No, ur not. Here, u cant throw this up." Hyunjin said, handing me some crackers. "Thanks.." i silently spoke as i started eating the crackers. I soon saw Chan and Changbin come in. "Felix? You okay?" Chan said, sitting next to me.

"Yeah im feeling better." I smiled at him. "Thats good." He smiled back at me. I finished the crackers and we started watching a movie. I was cuddling with Hyunjin while we watched the movie. "U guys make me feel single." Changbin said. "Then date Chan." Hyunjin shrugged, Changbin and Chan turned red. Me and Hyunjin laughed at their faces.

"Oh shut up!" Changbin slightly hit me and Hyunjin on the arm. I winced in pain. "Oh sorry did i hit u hard?" Changbin asked. How was i supposed to tell him he hit like 4 cuts? "No ur good i js do that even when it doesnt hurt." I chuckled. "Oh alright." Changbin also chuckled. We were pretty silent during the movie, I stayed close to Hyunjin. When the kiss scene came on, we all said "ooooo." At the same time. We all laughed after that and continued watching.

"Well, we have school tomorrow. We have to get back to our dorms. See you guys later." Chan said after the movie had ended. Changbin followed Chan out the door as they waved bye. Me and Hyunjin both went to our rooms and i put my headphones on, putting my vent playlist on.

"Daddy issues" by the neighbourhood started playing, i fell asleep soon. The next morning, i woke up. It was 5am. School didnt start til 7. I couldnt go back to sleep so i decided to just go on a walk. At around 6:30, i had a call. "Felix? Where are you?" Hyunjin asked. "Im on a walk. Im gonna go to school pretty soon. See you there." I said to Hyunjin. He felt relieved.

I walked into the school, only to be met by a punch and my head hitting the hard marble floor. "Pathetic." My bully spat on my face. I got up, headed to the washroom, dizzily. I cleaned up the tiny bit of blood that was bleeding from my head, and i headed to my locker. I put my stuff away and headed to class.

The teacher went on and on and on and it was so hard to pay attention. I was overthinking the whole time.

What if he doesn't like me back?

What if they're friends with me for pity?

What if they're just being nice now and will bully me later?

Will they start bullying me? Will they just leave me out pretty soon and start distancing themselves from me?

Will the-

My thoughts got interrupted by the bell. I headed to lunch, sitting alone, waiting for Hyunjin and the others to come. I was sitting there, on my phone, when i felt something pour on my head. It was steaming. Hot. Soup. I winced in pain as i felt my cuts burn from the hot soup. I ran to the washroom and locked myself in a stall. I slid down the wall and started crying.

It was like that time my mom got mad at me for getting a 98% so she poured hot water all over my body, and kept pouring more til i turned unconscious. My head was spinning, i was overwhelmed, i was having a panic attack, i wanted my blade so badly. But i couldnt even move. I stayed there on the floor, crying, rocking slowly, hardly breathing, the burns slowly calmed down and i managed to go and get my blade.

I went back to the washroom with my small box. I went into a stall, took my blade out, and started cutting. Soon, blood was dripping down my arms. I wiped it all away from the blood and headed back out. Lunch wasn't over yet so i decided to go on the roof.

What if I jumped?

Would anyone miss me?

What if I took a closer step?

What if I just...

I started moving closer and closer off the edge, when, Hyunjin came running up on the roof. "Felix!" He slowly ran to me, being careful not to trip. He hugged me and moved backwards from the edge. "Felix no!" He started crying, hugging me while i felt tears running down my cheeks as well. He hugged me tightly and i stayed hugging him as well.

I saw Chan, Changbin, Han, Lee know, Seungmin, I.N all come up onto the roof. Coming to hug me as well. "Are you okay? We saw him pour the soup on you." Seungmin said. "Yeah, it doesnt sting anymore."
