Chapter 9

Felix pov

It was Monday again. Oh how i hate Mondays. I went to my class and sat down. I was in my usual, all-black hoodie and sweatpants outfit. I was very tired, i could barely go throughout the day without struggling to stay awake. Soon after school ended, i headed back to the dorms.

I went to my room, put my headphones on and my vent playlist on. I cuddle up in a fetus position and stared at the wall til i fell asleep. I fell asleep for a while.

2:36am

I woke up, i was so tired, even tho i slept a while. I checked the time. I really slept that long? I thought to myself. I stood up and walked to the kitchen. I grabbed a cup of water and chugged it. I went to my room, grabbed my small box of all my blades, bandaids, gauzes, razor pack that hadn't been opened, and a pack of unopened sharpeners. I took one of my opened blades and went to the washroom.

I locked the door, took off my shirt, and stared at my reflection

"You're so ugly you know that?"

"Why haven't you cut yourself with that pretty blade yet, huh? Even that blade is prettier and skinnier than you."

"Look how pretty it is. It'll look prettier on your skin."

"You're already ugly and fat. You should just do it. Just drag that pretty blade across your skin."

I took the blade. I dragged it across the barely empty space on his arms. My arm was already covered with cuts and now i was adding more. I suddenly heard Hyunjin wake up.

"Lix you in there?" Hyunjin knocked on the door.

"Uhm... yeah!" I quickly put the blade away and put the small box in his pocket.

"How long will you be? I have to use the washroom." Hyunjin tiredly said.

"Not too long! Just give me a couple seconds!"
I hurriedly cleaned up his arms. They were bleeding a lot.

Once they stopped a bit, i quickly put my hoodie back on and quickly headed out before my cuts bled more.

I went to his room, locked the door, put the box away and took off my hoodie. I grabbed some tissue and his water sprayer for my hair and cleaned myself up. Once the bleeding stopped, i unlocked the door, put on my hoodie and stepped out onto the balcony.

The cold breeze hit my face. I rested my arms on the balcony as i stared down. I was scared of heights. But i love the view.

"What if i jump right now?"

"Nobody would even care so why would it matter?"

I jumped up on the railing. I sat on it. My legs dangling off the other side of the road with cars passing by. I kept moving closer and closer to the edge. Until, I almost slipped off and fell off the balcony. But, i heard Hyunjin come in my room so i panicked and fell backwards back onto the balcony.

"Lix!" Hyunjin quickly rushed to the boy who fell down.

"Are you okay?" Hyunjin said, he picked me up and took me to my bed.

"Yeah i'm fine." I sat up.

"What were you doing there?" Hyunjin asked, he sat down next to the dizzy boy.

"I was getting fresh air." I replied, which wasn't entirely a lie.

"Oh. Be careful next time." Hyunjin said.

"Wait hold on." Hyunjin said as he got up. I was confused on what he was doing.

Hyunjin started making some tea, and he was making some food too.

"Here you go." Hyunjin put a tray down in front of me.

"Wanna watch anime while we eat?" Hyunjin asked as he got a blanket and sat down next to Me.

"Sure." I went under the blanket, i was really really cold.

"What anime do you want to watch?" Hyunjin asked as he grabbed the tv remote.

"Hmm maybe Yuri on ice?" I said as i took a bite from the food.

"Oh my gosh i love that show!" Hyunjin squealed as he turned on the tv show.

"No way! I love that tv show too!" I said, while turning my attention to the tv show now.

Author pov

The tv show started playing while the boys were chatting at eating during the tv show. Soon enough, after a couple of episodes. Felix fell asleep.

He looks so cute.

Should i take him to his bed?

Wait what am i thinking?

Hyunjin thought to himself. He decided to pause the tv show, he took the tray of food and put it in the kitchen. He put the blanket fully on Felix and carried him to his bed.

8:57am

Felix woke up. Felix groaned as he got up from bed. He had school today and he was really late.

"Ah shit! Its almost 9? School started 3 hours ago!" Felix rushed to get changed. But, Hyunjin came into his room.

"Morning sunshine. I called in sick for both of us do dont worry." Hyunjin said as he walked out the room.

"Wait why?" Felix said as he followed Hyunjin.

"Go get your sleep. You slept at 3:30am yesterday." Hyunjin said as he went to check up on his eggs.

"Oh.. thank you..." Felix headed back to his room and went under the covers. He put on his headphones and turned on his music. He curled up into a fetus position and went back to sleep.

5:39pm

Felix woke up, he was tired. That was the most sleep he's gotten in a while. He stood up, he grabbed his small box, and went to the bathroom. He headed in the bathroom and locked the door. He slid down, took of his hoodie and started cutting his pretty skin.

He cut and cut and cut til blood was dripping on the floor. He stood up, cleaned the blood and quickly got in the shower. The blood was washing away as more blood came and his skin was stinging.

"Ow.. ah.. ouch!" Felix mumbled quietly. The hot water hitting his skin, well, more likely his cuts. After all the blood stopped coming, Felix shampoo'ed his hair and cleaned his body. It stung more, but, oh well.

After he finished, he stepped out and put on his clothes. He cleaned up any more blood and put away everything back into the box. He put the box in his pocket and headed out the washroom.

"You sure slept a while." Felix heard a familiar voice.

"Huh? Oh yeah i did." Felix said, walking towards the kitchen. His cuts stung badly more and more as his hoodie stuck to his cuts.
