Author's pov...
Jisung stared at the contract in his hands, still processing what he'd just read. His head was spinning, and the only thing that could break through the chaos in his mind was the voice of the man across from him.
"What the hell?!" Jisung shot out of his seat, eyes wide with disbelief. "If this is just a contract marriage, then how the hell can you even expect something sexual, weirdo?"
Minho didn't flinch. Instead, he smirked, leaning back in his chair with a casual air of confidence. "Because we're going to be together for six months... Of course, we can have some fun."
Jisung's jaw dropped. "No way in hell," he snapped, his face flushing with frustration. "I'm not even letting you kiss me, let alone do anything further."
He scooted away from Minho as if distancing himself physically could somehow create a barrier between the two. But Minho wasn't having it.
With a small, almost predatory smile, Minho shifted closer, his eyes gleaming. "Deny all you want," he whispered, his voice low and dangerously calm. "But once you get a taste of my lips, you'll be eager for the rest of me."
The words sent a chill down Jisung's spine, his heart skipping a beat. What the hell is he talking about?
Jisung froze, his back pressed against the chair, his eyes wide in shock. Minho, however, seemed unaffected, his smirk only widening as he leaned in just enough to make Jisung feel the heat of his proximity.
There was a moment of tense silence. Then Minho casually reached for the pen on the table, signing the contract without hesitation. His focus never wavered, as if it was all part of the plan.
Jisung stared at the man, his mind racing. His breath felt shallow, his pulse quickening. He had no choice. He couldn't fight Minho-not with everything that had happened and not with the man's unsettlingly calm dominance. The gun threat from last night still loomed in his mind.
With a resigned sigh, Jisung put his name on the dotted line, the pen feeling heavier than it should. He couldn't believe he was actually doing this.
Minho stood up, his expression triumphant. "Good," he said, voice dripping with satisfaction. "I'll see you around, Jisung."
As Minho walked out, leaving Jisung alone in the room, the air felt thick. Jisung's heart was pounding, and his mind was still struggling to catch up with everything that had just happened. What had he gotten himself into?
His hand lingered on the contract, and he swallowed hard. What the hell did I just sign up for?
And with that, the chapter ended, leaving Jisung with a racing heartbeat and a sense of unease that he couldn't shake off.
