11: We win! right?

(Lydia POV)
"Cmon Lloyd the ninja are back" I shake Lloyd awake. It's late, maybe 12 o'clock? I hadn't been able to sleep, I've been so exited ever since we'd got Lloyd back.

The ninja had gone out on a mission and I'd just heard them clamber back onto the ship.

"Ugh coming" Lloyd groans as he gets up from his bed and I begin dragging him towards the door.

We enter the bridge to see everyone standing around the screen as Kai explains what happened on their mission.

"The Venomari said it was too late and we would never be able to stop Pythor in time" Kai sighs as he finishes the story.

Nya looks to be in deep thought for a second before she sees us.

"Hi twins" Nya waves.

"Hi Nya" we both wave back.

Lloyd and I make our way towards the screen as Nya turns back around to face it.

"The Venomari's right. By the time we cast sail clear across to the other side of Ninjago, Pythor will have already beat us to the last Fangblade" Nya realises with a sigh.

"Oh, come on guys. This is the last one. We gotta get it! We gotta think of something" Jay says encouragingly.

"Hmmm" Cole hums.

"Hey" Lloyd says, breaking the silence and I turn to face him.

"All we have to do is just get one Fangblade to stop him" Lloyd begins and my eyes widen as I realise what he's saying.

"So what if we steal the other three back?" I finish excitedly.

"I was going to say take back, not steal" Lloyd mumbles.

"Same thing" I whisper back.

"Anyway Pythor wouldn't risk having them all on him. He's probably hidden them somewhere, while he goes for the fourth" Lloyd explains.

"It's so simple"

"Huh Why didn't I think of that?"

"It can't be that easy"

"Easy? My algorithms suggest taking the other three would be far more dangerous. Pythor would undoubtedly have them protected by his top generals" Zane answers Jay.

"Ha, finally, I don't have to hold back" Kai grins.

"Even if you could steal the other three-" dad interjects.

"Ahem steal ahem" I cough to Lloyd and he pushes me away gently, holding back a grin.

"-you don't even know where they are"

"He's right. For the past few weeks there have been almost no serpentine sightings. How are they moving around? It's like they're ghosts" uncle also joins in the discussion.

"Or snakes!" Nya lights up, seeming to get an idea "bridge give me a sonar sweep of Ninjago" Nya orders as the computer beeps in response.

After a second the screen pops up, showing no snakes.

"See? Nothing. It's just like sensei said" Kai sighs in defeat.

"But what if they aren't traveling above ground?" Nya fires back "they're snakes right? Snakes burrow. Bridge, now give me a sonar sweep of Ninjago but 20 feet below surface"

The screen makes another beeping sound before projecting a 3D image in the middle of everyone.

"All the tombs gave been interconnected" Kai realises as the image shows 12 red lines all connecting in one big red ball in the middle.
