Chapter 17: the night before/ the big day

It's the night before autumns and Charlottes wedding day, Charlotte, Gracie, Marjorie, autumn-jade, clodagh, and her mum are staying in one hotel. Autumn, Kasey, Reece,sorscha and Carly are staying in another hotel. Charlotte hates being away from autumn because of autumns anxiety when Charlottes not near her because she's the only one that can help keep autumns anxiety calm. Charlotte takes her phone out and rings autumn.

Phone call with autumn:

A: hey baby you okay. Autumns answers the phone.

C: hey darling I'm okay but I'd rather be with you and cuddled up with you, but how are you doing. Charlotte says.

A: I'm okay my sweet and I'd rather be with you too but just think tomorrow we become wives and have the rest of eternity with each other.

C: I know love but I know how anxious you get when I'm not near you.

A: baby I'll be oka-. Autumn gets cut off by Reece taking her phone.

R: char what are you doing you're not allowed to talk until tomorrow.

A: Reece give me my phone back. Charlotte hears Autumn say on the other end of the phone.

C:Reece put autumn back on I need to speak to her.

R: nope not until tomorrow.

M: char why are you ringing autumn you can't talk until your wedding day. Marjorie says taking charlottes phone and hangs up.

"Marjorie why did you do that I was talking to autumn to help her anxiety when she's away from me!" Charlotte says. "I'm sorry char but it's the rules you can't see or talk to each other before the big day." Marjorie says and Charlotte sighs. "The hair and make up stylist will be here at 12 tomorrow and the ceremony will start at 1:30 so we need to be going to bed by 11:30 at the latest." Charlotte says. They all sit round talking and order room service and eat. "Gracie darling bedtime for you now." Hannah says. "Okay nana." Gracie says. "I'll see you tomorrow my little Charlie." Hannah says giving Charlotte a kiss on the cheek. "See you tomorrow night mum , night Gracie mummy loves you." Charlotte says. "Night mummy I love you too." Gracie says and goes with charlottes mum to her room in the hotel. Charlotte, Marjorie and clodagh all go to bed as well.

*With autumn*

"Kasey my sweet girl bedtime." Autumn says. "Okay mama." Kasey says and gives autumn a hug and autumn kisses her head. "Night my sweet girl." Autumn says. "Night mama." Kasey says and goes to bed. Reece notices autumn's nervous about something. "Aut you okay." Reece asks. "Yes I just don't like being away from char Reece and what if she doesn't want to marry me." Autumn says. "I know you don't aut and don't be daft of course she wants to marry you she's absolutely in love with you anyone can see that." Reece says trying to reassure her. "Thank you Reece." Autumn says. "I'm going to my room and going to bed." Sorscha says. "Okay sorscha see you tomorrow." Autumn says. "I'm gonna go to my room as well." Reece says. "Okay see you tomorrow big brother." Autumn says. "I'm going head to bed too." Carly says. "Okay night Carly." Autumn says. Autumn goes to bed as well and they all go to sleep.

*the big day*

Charlotte and marjorie wake up first and clean up the clothes in the room and there's a knock at the door Charlotte opens it to see her mum and Gracie stood there and clodagh she lets them in. "Big day today my Charlie." Charlottes mum says. "Yeah." Charlotte says nervously. "What's wrong sweetheart." Hannah asks Charlotte. "I'm nervous mum what if autumn changes her mind or what if something goes wrong or if-." Charlottes mum cuts her off. "Charlie your spiralling take deep breaths." Hannah says with her hands on Charlotte shoulders. "Autumn loves you and she absolutely adores you anyone can see that and there's no way she would ever change her mind you are her forever and she's yours and nothing will go wrong we'll make sure of it." Hannah adds. "Thank you mum." Charlotte says. There's a knock at the door and Marjorie answers it. "Hello I'm here for the brides party I'm the stylist and make up artist." She says. "Ah yes come on in she's just over there." Marjorie says. "Who's first for their hair and make up." She asks. "Marjorie your first." Charlotte says and Marjorie sits down in the chair and the woman gets to work. "Okay and you're all done, can I have mum of the bride please." She says and Hannah goes and sits down while Marjorie gets into her dress. "Now the brides maid please." the stylist says and clodagh sits down. "All done who's next." The stylist says. "My daughter but she's just having her hair done." Charlotte says and Gracie goes and sits down. "There we go all done now for the bride." She says and Charlotte goes to sit down while her mum takes Gracie to get her dress on. "And we're all done." The stylist says and Charlotte gets into her dress.
