Chapter 16: dress/suit shopping

It's only 2 more weeks until autumn and charlottes wedding and they've got their fittings for dresses and suits. Marjorie, Hannah and clodagh are taking Charlotte and Gracie for their dresses. Reece,sorscha and Carly are taking autumn and Kasey for their suits.

Charlotte, autumn and the girls are all waiting for everyone to come over to take them. After a few minutes there's a knock at the door it's Marjorie, Hannah and clodagh for Charlotte. "Love its Marjorie, your mum and clodagh." Autumn says from the door and Charlotte and Gracie go to get their shoes on and Charlotte kisses autumn goodbye and Gracie gives autumn a cuddle and autumn kisses Gracie on the head and they leave. Soon after Reece, sorscha and Carly turn up for autumn and Kasey. "Kasey love uncle Reece, sorscha and Carly are here come get your shoes on." Autumn says and Kasey gets her shoes on they go out and autumn locks the door and then they all drive to the Tailors for their suits.

Charlottes pov-
Me, Gracie, my mum, Marjorie and clodagh are at the dress place I look at all the dresses and one catches my eyes it's white below the knee length and has little blue flowers on it. I pick that one up and my mum and Marjorie gives me some others to try on. I go into the change room and try on Marjorie's choice first it's nice but I don't feel like it's me I step out to show them. "Oh my love you look Beautiful." Marjorie says. "You look gorgeous dear but it doesn't seem like you."my mum says and Marjorie and clodagh agree and I go back in to try my mums on. I go back out and show them they all smile. "Oh char you look beautiful." Clodagh says. My mum and Marjorie agree but I don't feel like it's me so I go and try the dress I picked and I know instantly that this one is it for me. I step out and they all cover their mouth with their hands. "Oh my little Charli that one is you definitely." My mum says tearing up. "Yes char that the one." Both clodagh and Marjorie say and I agree I go back to change into my clothes and give the dress to the woman to put behind the counter. "Right Marj go try on your maid of honour dress." I say to Marjorie and she goes into the changing room to put her dress on. She comes out and she looks absolutely stunning. "Oh Marjorie is perfect." I say and my mum and clodagh agree and she changes back into her clothes next is my mum with Gracie after my mum and Gracie are done and changed back into their normal clothes it's clodagh turn. Once everyone's done we go and pay for the dresses and Marjorie takes mine to hers and Reece's house until the wedding. We go back to mine and autumns and leave the dresses in the car.

Autumns pov-
Me, Reece,Kasey and Carly are at the tailors. As soon as I walk in I see the one that is the one for me. Reece, Carly and sorscha all hand me a suit to try on and I get the one I picked and go to change I try on Reece's first I like it but it's not really my style. I go out to show them. "It look good aut but I don't think it's very you." Reece says and everyone else agrees with him. I try on Carly's opinion and show them and they all agree that it's not my style. I try on the one sorscha picked and show them and again we all agree it's not very me. I finally try mine on and go out and show them. "That is so you aut." Reece says. "I might have to marry you myself." Sorscha jokes and we laugh. "That's the one mama." Kasey says and I get my clothes back on and give it to the man to put behind the counter. Reece is next then Carly because she wanted to wear a suit after coming out and then it's Kasey and she looks amazing in her suit. Once we're all finished we go and pay and sorscha takes my suit to hers until the wedding. And we go back at mine and charlottes and leave the suits in the car.

No-ones pov-

They all arrive back at Autumns and charlottes. They all sit in the living room and talk and order food and then the girls get ready for bed and fall asleep straight away Charlotte and autumn go back to the others and sit on the sofa Charlotte is cuddled into autumns side and autumn has her arm around Charlotte. Charlotte soon falls asleep. "Aut." Reece whispers and autumn looks up at him and he nods his head towards charlotte and autumn look down to see she has fallen asleep and smiles placing a kiss on her head. "I think it's best we go so you can get that one to bed." Hannah says smiling at her daughter peacefully sleeping in her fiancée's arms. "Love come on let's go up to bed." Autumn says. They go upstairs and get ready for bed and get into bed Charlotte cuddles up to autumn and autumn puts her arm protectively around Charlotte and runs her fingers through Charlotte hair. "Goodnight my sweet." Autumn says and gives charlotte a kiss. "Goodnight darling." Charlotte says returning the kiss and they both fall asleep almost instantly wrapped up in their own little bubble.
