Now that Savi and Rajat have taken the plunge into a new relationship, they realise love alone isn't enough to smooth over the cracks left by the past. Old wounds linger, and both are acutely aware that they need to work hard to rebuild the trust that was lost.

Savi, who has always shielded herself from disappointment, struggles to let her guard down. Rajat, in turn, is determined to show her that this time, he isn't going anywhere. Their journey is marked with small victories, moments of doubt, playful fights, and heartfelt reconciliations as they slowly learn how to love and trust again.

The first signs of trust-building begin with the little things. One morning, Savi wakes up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. She pads into the kitchen to find Rajat standing by the stove, making pancakes.

"You're way too comfortable here," Savi teases, leaning against the counter with a sleepy smile.

Rajat flips a pancake, glancing at her with a grin. "What can I say? I have a thing for breakfast-in-bed service."

Savi arches an eyebrow. "Is that your way of saying I should get used to this?"

Rajat slides a pancake onto a plate and walks over, brushing a strand of hair from her face. "Maybe. If you want me to stick around."

Her heart flutters at his words, though a flicker of fear remains. What if things go wrong again? She lowers her gaze. "What if I get used to it and then...you change your mind?"

Rajat tilts her chin up gently. "Then it's my job to prove to you that I won't." He presses a kiss to her forehead, the gesture as reassuring as it is tender.

Savi closes her eyes briefly, inhaling his scent. "Okay," she whispers.

A few days later, Rajat accompanies Savi to an important client meeting. It's his way of showing that he's all in—not just in her personal life but in supporting her professional ambitions as well.

They meet the potential investor at a high-end café in South Mumbai. Savi is confident at first, pitching her eco-friendly business idea with her usual passion. But halfway through the discussion, the investor raises concerns about the sustainability of their product designs.

Savi's shoulders stiffen, and Rajat notices the flicker of frustration in her eyes. Before she can react, he steps in smoothly.

"Have you considered a modular design?" Rajat asks, drawing the investor's attention. "It allows flexibility while keeping the core structure eco-friendly. You could adapt it to different markets without compromising the vision."

The investor leans back in his chair, nodding thoughtfully. "I like that. It could solve the scalability issue."

Savi shoots Rajat a look—a mixture of surprise and gratitude. After the meeting, they walk out together, the cool breeze ruffling her hair.

"You saved me in there," Savi says, bumping her shoulder against his.

Rajat smirks. "I had to. Can't let my favourite eco-warrior lose a deal, can I?"

Savi laughs, and for the first time, it feels easy to trust that he has her back.

Even with these small victories, Savi's insecurities still surface unexpectedly. One evening, as they sit on her couch watching a movie, she falls silent, lost in thought.

Rajat notices and pauses the film. "Hey, what's going on in that pretty little head of yours?"

Savi shrugs, avoiding his gaze. "I guess...I just wonder if we're moving too fast."

Rajat turns toward her, his expression gentle. "You're worried we'll mess this up."

She nods, twisting her hands nervously. "It's hard to believe this is real. What if... What if something happens, and you leave again?"
