"You're awfully quiet today, is everything okay? Is it about Sarah?" Yoko asked nudging Lyn.

"No, it's not her, I just have to talk to you about something." Lyn said turning to Yoko. They were in their classroom.

"What is it? Go ahead." Yoko encouraged her with a smile.

"I don't know how you're going to react, so I don't know how to say it but we can't talk here." Lyn said looking around, talking here wasn't safe.

"You're scaring me, why do you sound so awful?" Yoko asked chuckling nervously.

"We should go to the rooftop, talking around people isn't safe since it's about Faye."

"About Faye?" Yoko asked rising an eyebrow, she is more scared now than she was few moments ago.

Lyn nodded. "Than we should go now." Yoko said and stood up but Lyn pulled her back to sit again.

"No, let's go before the last class." Lyn said shaking her head.

"But they will be waiting for us after the classes ends." Yoko said furrowing her eyebrows.

"We'll be back before that and they can wait even if we don't."

"Can't we just go now? You just scared the shit out of me." Yoko said being impatient.

"Nothing you need to be scared of but it's definitely something serious." Lyn reassured putting a hand on top of Yoko's.

Yoko wasn't sure how to feel about whatever Lyn wants to talk about.

"Okay. Now, tell me." Yoko said as soon as they got to the rooftop.

Lyn cleared her throat as she looked around to see if anyone was here. "Um... So like I said it's about Faye, today when I came here and was about to take the stairs to get to our class, 3 girls stopped me they're probably from 2nd year and they asked me..." Lyn trailed off, not sure how to say it.

"What? What did they asked?" Yoko asked getting slightly impatient.

"I really don't know how you're going to take it.. but they said they heard that Faye is intersex and asked me if it's true."

"O-oh," Yoko said taking in the information. "What did you tell them?" She asked rising an eyebrow.

"I didn't know if it was true and I wanted to say it's none of their business but you know how that comes out and it's Faye. I thought denying would be the better option so I said it's not true, I think they brought it." Lyn explained.

"Yeah, it's better." Yoko said looking in the distance.

"Did she told you that she is?" Lyn asked rising an eyebrow.

"No, she didn't." Yoko said without looking at her.

"So... What if she is? It does changes a lot of things if she is." Lyn asked cautiously.

Yoko turned her face to Lyn before speaking, "We don't know if it's actually true and even if she is, we don't know what her condition might be so I don't know what it changes and what it doesn't."

"Would you be okay with it?" Lyn asked being concerned.

"Would I be okay with her being intersex?" Lyn nodded. "I think I will be, to me she is more than sex or anything else, so whatever it is we can work through it but..."

"What?" Lyn asked rising an eyebrow.

Yoko looked away. "But I don't know how to feel about her going through things alone." She turned her body to face Lyn, "It just got me thinking."
